Abstract

一种工艺简单,发光单元间距可做得很小的线灯,它是直接用LED芯片作发光单元,LED芯片非发光面直接焊在一节扁铜线一端,发光面通过细金属导线与另一节扁铜线相连并用透明胶水固化。多节LED芯片发光单元通过这种方式串联并封装在透明塑料管中形成线灯。线灯两端加上相匹配的电压后形成线条状发光体。可以人工弯曲成各种形状,全固态结构不怕挤压和震动等特点。用于室内外装饰如圣诞灯或代替霓虹灯制作招牌广告。

背景技术
现有的线灯电线用小型灯泡,发光二极管作发光单元用导线并联或串联,然后封在透明塑料管中。这样结构复杂,直径较大,各发光单元间距有较大限制,成本和耗电较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现象而设计出一种线灯,它具有结构紧凑,安全,耗电少,使用寿命长,工艺性好,发光单元间距可做得很小,可以弯曲成各种形状并容易定型,全固态结构不怕挤压和震动等特点。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:直接用LED芯片作发光单元,LED芯片非发光面直接焊在一节扁铜线一端,发光面则通过细金属导线与另一节扁铜线相连并用透明胶水固化。个多LED芯片发光单元通过这种方式串联并封装在透明塑料管中形成线灯。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于直接用很小LED芯片作发光单元,线灯的直径和发光间距可做得很小(2-4mm),加上相匹配的电压后真正形成线条发光的效果。结构简单。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,LED芯片(2)非发光(正极)面直接焊在一节扁铜线(1)一端,发光面则通过细金属导线(3)与另一节扁铜线相连并用透明胶水(4)固化成一体。N个LED芯片(1)发光单元通过这重方式串联并封装在透明塑料管(5)中形成线灯。
LED芯片(1)串联个数N根据要匹配的电压决定。如民用市电为220V,LED正向压降为1.6-3.0V之间,反向击穿电压为5V,则标准线灯由100个LED芯片构成。在此线灯两端加220V正向直流电或交流电,则线灯会发光。如须制造闪烁效果则只须在电源端加控制电路。使用交流电时可加整流电路或将两条线灯反向并联使用。
在附图3本实用新型另一种实施例中,扁铜线(1)两端均焊有LED芯片(2),每个LED芯片分别用金属导线(3)与两端相邻的扁铜线(1)相连并用透明胶水(4)固化成一体。2N个LED芯片(1)发光单元通过这重方式串联并封装在透明塑料管(5)中形成线灯。相当前一方案两条线灯反向并联。

Claims (2)

1.线灯是由条串联多个发光单元的导线封在透明塑料管中构成,其特征在于直接用LED芯片作发光单元,LED芯片非发光面直接焊在一节扁铜线一端,发光面则通过细金属导线与另一节扁铜线相连并用透明胶水固化成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述线灯,其特征是扁铜线两端均焊有LED芯作发光单元。
