Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种应用导线式电阻的灯,包括有灯座,灯座上安装有发光体,所述发光体的引脚分别通过导线与外部电源连接,所述连接发光体引脚和外部电源的导线均为导线式电阻,或者连接发光体引脚和外部电源的部分导线为导线式电阻。本实用新型使用导线式电阻来代替传统的电阻,导线式电阻一方面可以导通电路,也可以代替电阻使用,同时在电路中还可以利用导线跨越式的连接,使连接更为方便。

本实用新型涉及照明灯具领域,具体为一种应用导线式电阻的灯。 
背景技术
灯串在制作时通常采用电阻的方式进行降压,无论是串联电路或者是并联电路,要在灯串的连接电阻的导线上串联电阻进行降压,所有的电阻均要通过焊接或铆合方式把电阻串联在电路中,还要将电阻用胶料或套管进行包覆,此种的生产方式生产工艺复杂,生产效率低下,同时电阻连接点的拉力强度不够容易造成脱落,在使用过程中存在着安全隐患。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种应用导线式电阻的灯,以解决传统技术连接电阻会导致生产工艺复杂,生产效率低,存在安全隐患的问题。 
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为: 
一种应用导线式电阻的灯,包括有灯座,灯座上安装有发光体,其特征在于:所述发光体的引脚分别通过导线与外部电源连接,所述连接发光体引脚和外部电源的导线均为导线式电阻,或者连接发光体引脚和外部电源的部分导线为导线式电阻。 
所述的一种应用导线式电阻的灯,其特征在于:多个灯彼此电连接构成灯串时,多个灯之间的连接导线均为导线式电阻,或者部分灯之间的连接导线为导线式电阻。 
所述的一种应用导线式电阻的灯,其特征在于:所述导线式电阻为裸露的,或者导线式电阻外包覆有胶体。 
本实用新型使用导线式电阻来代替传统的电阻,导线式电阻一方面可以导通电路,也可以代替电阻使用,同时在电路中还可以利用导线跨越式的连接,使连接更为方便。本实用新型可以根据导线式电阻的长度来控制电阻率的大小,可以根据导线式电阻的直径来控制电阻率的大小,还可以根据导线式电阻的材料来控制电阻率的大小。本实用新型生产工艺简单,大大提高生产效率,而且产品成 本低,可以实现量产,消除了传统电阻带来的安全隐患。

具体实施方式
如图1所示。灯座1上安装有发光体2,发光体2的引脚分别通过导线与外部电源4连接,连接发光体2引脚和外部电源4的导线均为导线式电阻3,或者连接发光体2引脚和外部电源4的部分导线为导线式电阻3。多个灯彼此电连接构成灯串时,多个灯之间的连接导线均为导线式电阻5,或者部分灯之间的连接导线为导线式电阻5。

1.一种应用导线式电阻的灯,包括有灯座,灯座上安装有发光体,其特征在于:所述发光体的引脚分别通过导线与外部电源连接,所述连接发光体引脚和外部电源的导线均为导线式电阻,或者连接发光体引脚和外部电源的部分导线为导线式电阻。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用导线式电阻的灯,其特征在于:多个灯彼此电连接构成灯串时,多个灯之间的连接导线均为导线式电阻,或者部分灯之间的连接导线为导线式电阻。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用导线式电阻的灯,其特征在于:所述导线式电阻为裸露的,或者导线式电阻外包覆有胶体。
