本实用新型提供一种吸盘式固定支架,包括固定座、支承杆、吸盘组件,所述吸盘组件通过支承杆与固定座相连接;所述吸盘组件包括吸盘体、吸盘片、连接杆、扳动开关,所述连接杆穿过吸盘体,一端与吸盘片相连接,另一端与扳动开关相连接,扳动开关同时与吸盘体相顶接。本实用新型使用简单、方便,安全可靠,适用性好,可根据实际情况的需要灵活调整便携式可视电子产品的观看方向及角度,较好地适用于一般的交通工具,尤其可在各种不同的汽车上使用;本实用新型可用于现有的各种便携式可视电子产品的固定,适用范围较广。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种固定组件,特别涉及一种吸盘式固定支架。
背景技术
现有的便携式可视电子产品种类日趋繁多,如掌上电脑、袖珍电视、掌上影音录放机(MP4)等等,这些便携式可视电子产品由于具有移动灵活、便携性好,可以随时随地使用的优点而受到人们喜爱,尤其适合于在可移动的交通工具,如汽车、飞机、轮船上使用,便于人们在旅途中娱乐或工作,但目前这类可视电子产品需要人手持使用,在长时间使用或人手不能空闲的情况下可能给人们带来不便,而且亦存在如手持不稳可能摔落损坏的可能,所以设计适用于此类产品的固定构件,使其可方便地对便携式可视电子产品进行固定,特别是在移动的交通工具上进行固定使用很有必要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单、使用方便、作用可靠,可将便携式可视电子产品灵活方便地固定的吸盘式固定支架。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案实现:本吸盘式固定支架包括固定座、支承杆、吸盘组件,所述吸盘组件通过支承杆与固定座相连接。
所述吸盘组件包括吸盘体、吸盘片、连接杆、扳动开关,所述连接杆穿过吸盘体,一端与吸盘片相连接,另一端与扳动开关相连接,扳动开关同时与吸盘体相顶接。如吸盘体采用软质材料(如橡胶或塑料)制成,可在扳动开关与吸盘体之间设置刚性片(金属片)来提高与扳动开关连接面的刚度。
所述吸盘体为内凹碗形,其边缘平齐;所述吸盘片为弹性片,一般由橡胶或塑料制成,其一侧面与吸盘体配合连接,另一侧面为光滑表面,可与被吸附对象吸附连接。
所述连接杆与吸盘片可通过嵌合、粘合的方式相连接;连接杆与扳动开关的连接方式可为铰接,具体是:在连接杆的端部及扳动开关的端部都开有孔,将铰轴同时插入连接杆的端部及扳动开关的端部相应位置的孔,从而将连接杆与扳动开关连接起来。
所述扳动开关的端部设置有与吸盘体相顶接的不同部位,各部位距扳动开关铰接孔的距离不相同;通过调节不同部位与吸盘体相顶接,可调整连接杆的位置,从而调整吸盘片的变形程度,即调整吸力的大小。
在连接杆位于吸盘体内的部分同轴设置有弹簧,所述弹簧两端分别与连接杆端部(或吸盘片)及吸盘体内侧相顶接;弹簧的作用是使吸盘片及连接杆更容易复位。
所述吸盘组件可为一组或多组;常用两组的结构形式,两组吸盘组件对称设置于支承杆的两侧;为了适应弧形吸附面的情况,所述两组吸盘组件相互之间可为铰接的形式,使两组吸盘组件之间可形成不同的角度,以配合不同弧度的吸附面。
所述支承杆包括可任意弯曲的内杆及外套,外套套接在内杆外;所述内杆可采用耐弯折的金属材料制成,可根据要求随意弯曲并固定进行使用。
所述固定座包括座体、活动卡接片,所述座体上设置卡接凸缘,所述活动卡接片与便携式可视电子产品通过螺钉相连接,在活动卡接片的背面设置卡块,活动卡接片与座体通过卡块卡接入卡接凸缘相连接。
所述固定座的座体还设置有弹性挡块,所述弹性挡块位于卡接凸缘的一端,可在活动卡接片卡接入卡座后对其锁定,从而防止便携式可视电子产品意外滑出。
本实用新型的作用原理是:本吸盘式固定支架通过其一端的吸盘组件牢固吸附在光滑的表面(如汽车玻璃、墙壁)上,然后将便携式可视电子产品连接于另一端的固定座上,再调整支承杆使便携式可视电子产品的显示屏位于便于观赏的位置即可正常使用。
本实用新型相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:(1)使用安全可靠;通过本吸盘式固定支架可将便携式可视电子产品稳定可靠地进行固定,使人们可以不必手持而自由地观看及欣赏所播放的内容,同时可避免手持时可能不慎跌落而损坏电子产品的隐患,因而利用本技术可在方便使用的同时有效地保护电子产品设备;(2)使用方便,适用性好;本吸盘式固定支架可任意固定于平面或弧形面,并可根据实际情况的需要灵活调整观看方向及角度,使用非常简单、方便;本吸盘式固定支架可以适用于一般的交通工具,尤其可在各种不同的汽车上使用;此外,本固定支架可用于现有的各种便携式可视电子产品(如掌上电脑、袖珍电视、掌上影音录放机、便携式DVD播放机等)的固定,适用范围较广,市场前景较好。

下面结合实施例及附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述,但本实用新型的实施方式不限于此。
实施例
图1示出了本吸盘式固定支架的外观形状,由图1可见,本吸盘式固定支架包括固定座1、支承杆2、吸盘组件3,所述吸盘组件3通过支承杆2与固定座1相连接;各部分的具体结构如图2及图3所示,由图2、图3可见,所述吸盘组件3为两组,对称设置于支承杆2的两侧;为了适应弧形吸附面的情况,所述两组吸盘组件3相互之间通过铰轴4相铰接,使两组吸盘组件3之间可形成不同的角度,以配合不同弧度的吸附面。每组吸盘组件3包括吸盘体3-1、吸盘片3-2、连接杆3-3、弹簧3-4、扳动开关3-5,所述连接杆3-3穿过吸盘体3-1,一端与吸盘片3-2相连接,另一端与扳动开关3-5相连接,扳动开关3-5同时与吸盘体3-1相顶接,在连接杆3-3位于吸盘体3-1内的部分同轴设置有弹簧3-4,所述弹簧3-4两端分别与连接杆3-3端部(或吸盘片3-2)及吸盘体3-1内侧相顶接,弹簧3-4的作用是使吸盘片3-2及连接杆3-3更容易复位;在扳动开关3-5与吸盘体3-1之间设置刚性片(金属片)3-6来提高与扳动开关3-5连接面的刚度。所述吸盘体3-1为内凹碗形,其边缘平齐;所述吸盘片3-2为弹性片,一般由橡胶或塑料制成,其一侧面与吸盘体3-1配合连接,另一侧面为光滑表面,可与被吸附对象吸附连接。所述连接杆3-3与吸盘片3-1通过嵌合方式连接,连接杆3-3同时与扳动开关3-5相铰接,具体是在连接杆3-3的端部及扳动开关3-5的端部都开有孔,将铰轴3-7同时插入连接杆3-3的端部及扳动开关3-5的端部相应位置的孔,从而将连接杆3-3与扳动开关3-5连接起来。所述扳动开关3-5的端部设置有与吸盘体3-1相顶接的不同部位,各部位距扳动开关3-5铰接孔的距离不相同;通过调节不同部位与吸盘体3-1相顶接,可调整连接杆3-3的位置,从而调整吸盘片3-2的变形程度,即调整吸力的大小。所述支承杆2包括可任意弯曲的内杆2-1及外套2-2,外套2-2套接在内杆2-1外;所述内杆2-1可采用耐弯折的金属材料制成,可根据要求随意弯曲并固定进行使用。所述固定座1包括座体1-1、活动卡接片(与便携式可视电子产品相连接,图中未示出),所述座体上设置卡接凸缘1-2,所述活动卡接片与便携式可视电子产品通过螺钉相连接,在活动卡接片的背面设置卡块,活动卡接片与座体1-1通过卡块卡接入卡接凸缘1-2相连接。所述固定座1的座体1-1还设置有弹性挡块1-3,所述弹性挡块1-3位于卡接凸缘1-2的一端,可在活动卡接片卡接入座体1-1后对其锁定,从而防止便携式可视电子产品意外滑出。
本实用新型的作用原理是:将本吸盘式固定支架的吸盘组件3一端贴紧光滑被吸附面,弹性吸盘片3-2即可与被吸附面初步吸附,然后压下扳动开关3-5,克服弹簧3-4作用力将连接杆3-3提起,连接杆3-3同时将连接在一起的弹性吸盘片3-2中部提起,在弹性吸盘片3-2中部与被吸附面之间形成真空,这样吸盘组件3即可与被吸附面牢固吸附固定;将便携式可视电子产品连接于固定座1上,再调整支承杆2使便携式可视电子产品的显示屏位于便于观赏的位置即可正常使用,如图4所示。
Claims (10)
1、一种吸盘式固定支架,其特征在于:包括固定座、支承杆、吸盘组件,所述吸盘组件通过支承杆与固定座相连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的吸盘式固定支架,其特征在于:所述吸盘组件包括吸盘体、吸盘片、连接杆、扳动开关,所述连接杆穿过吸盘体,一端与吸盘片相连接,另一端与扳动开关相连接,扳动开关同时与吸盘体相顶接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的吸盘式固定支架,其特征在于:所述吸盘体为内凹碗形,其边缘平齐;所述吸盘片为弹性片,其一侧面与吸盘体配合连接,另一侧面为光滑表面,与被吸附对象吸附连接。
4、根据权利要求2所述的吸盘式固定支架,其特征在于:所述连接杆与吸盘片通过嵌合或粘合的方式相连接;连接杆与扳动开关的连接方式为铰接。
5、根据权利要求2所述的吸盘式固定支架,其特征在于:所述扳动开关的端部设置有与吸盘体相顶接的不同部位,各部位距扳动开关铰接孔的距离不相同。
6、根据权利要求2所述的吸盘式固定支架,其特征在于:在连接杆位于吸盘体内的部分同轴设置有弹簧,所述弹簧两端分别与连接杆端部或吸盘片及吸盘体内侧相顶接。
7、根据权利要求1所述的吸盘式固定支架,其特征在于:所述吸盘组件为两组的结构形式,两组吸盘组件对称设置于支承杆的两侧,相互之间铰接连接。
8、根据权利要求2所述的吸盘式固定支架,其特征在于:所述连接杆包括可任意弯曲的内杆及外套,外套套接在内杆外。
9、根据权利要求1所述的吸盘式固定支架,其特征在于:所述固定座包括座体、活动卡接片,所述座体上设置卡接凸缘,所述活动卡接片与便携式可视电子产品通过螺钉相连接,在活动卡接片的背面设置卡块,活动卡接片与座体通过卡块卡接入卡接凸缘相连接。
10、根据权利要求9所述的吸盘式固定支架,其特征在于:所述固定座的座体还设置有弹性挡块,所述弹性挡块位于卡接凸缘的一端。
