一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种纺织机械，具体地说是一种液压型地坑式棉花打包机。
二、背景技术
目前的地坑式棉花打包机，顶杆由机械丝杠传动形成，速度慢、易磨损，停台修理频繁，这是现有打包机的不足。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是发明一种液压型地坑式棉花打包机，这种打包机顶杆采用套筒式多级伸缩液压油缸型，因而结构简单、故障少、耐磨损、压力大、速度快、寿命长，用以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的目的可以通过下述实施方案来实现：本打包机，由机架、顶杆、棉箱室、下压头、喂棉箱蒙板、捆扎室、上压头、导轨和地坑组成，机架为长方形架，机架从下到上依次设顶杆、棉箱室、下压头、捆扎室，上压头和导轨；整个机架下部入在方形地坑内，其简称为A771A型；其特征是顶杆是套筒式多级伸缩液压油缸型，其形状如电视拉杆天线形，其可以方便伸缩，其上还设有泵站，泵站设在机架的右上侧或地坑底部。
本实用新型的优点为结构简单，故障少、耐磨损、压力大、速度快、寿命长；其单台机节电75％，每年省电万元左右；其可以减少人工，提高生产效率50％，单台机每年节约工资1-2万元。

如图1-4所示，本打包机，由机架2、顶杆1、棉箱室、下压头4、喂棉箱蒙板5、捆扎室、上压头7、导轨8和地坑3组成，机架2为长方形架，机架2从下到上依次设顶杆1、棉箱室、下压头4、捆扎室，上压头7和导轨8；整个机架2下部入在方形地坑3内，其简称为A771A型；其特征是顶杆1是套筒式多级伸缩液压油缸型，其形状如电视拉杆天线形，其可以方便伸缩，其上还设有泵站6，泵站6设在机架2的右上侧或地坑底部。
本实用新型棉箱室外设喂棉箱蒙板5。
本实用新型捆扎室外有大门10，大门10上有铰链9。
