背景技术
内螺纹传热管的出现使原有的传热管的换热性能有了很大的提高,推动了空调和制冷设备的发展。随着对内螺纹的齿型、螺旋角等参数的不断深入研究,现有的内螺纹传热管得到了长足的发展。然而现行的内螺纹传热管对制冷剂的紊流作用尚不十分理想,其传热效果还有待进一步提高。
发明内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是设计一种内螺纹传热管,其传热效果好。本实用新型的技术方案是,一种内螺纹传热管,包括有内螺纹,其特征在于:相邻的两个螺旋齿的槽底宽度不相等。各宽槽底的宽度相等,各窄槽底的宽度相等。本实用新型由于在相邻的两个螺旋齿的槽底宽度不相等,因而这种内螺纹传热管与现有的内螺纹传热管比较具有传热效果更好的优点。

具体实施方式
结合上述附图对本实用新型作进一步说明,螺旋齿1的齿形可以是齿顶为圆弧齿、梯形齿、瘦形齿等各种齿形,相邻的两个槽底的宽度不相等,即一窄槽底3、一宽槽底2,各窄槽底的宽度相等,也可不相等,各宽槽底的宽度可以相等,也可以不相等,但均需满足相邻的两个槽底的宽度不相等;本实用新型由于相邻的两个槽底的宽度不相等,即相邻的制冷剂流通截面不等,因而制冷剂的流速不相等,其绕流效果更强,传热效果更好。
