Abstract
本实用新型提供一种喷淋雾化储气式臭氧水发生装置,它包括带有雾化水喷头的气水混合室、延时电路及被该延时电路控制的自来水进水阀和臭氧水出水阀。由于该混合器具有储存臭氧的功能,雾化水喷头能使自来水充分雾化,所以设有本实用新型的臭氧水发生装置能产生浓度高达30ppm以上的超高浓度臭氧水。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于臭氧水发生装置的喷淋雾化储气式臭氧水发生装置。
背景技术
臭氧或臭氧水有消毒、杀菌作用早已广为人知,作为家用、医用的消毒剂,臭氧水则更为适用。只有具一定臭氧浓度的臭氧水才有杀菌、消毒作用,因此国家卫生管理部门针对作为消毒剂的臭氧水浓度有明确的规定,譬如,在有有机物干扰的情况下,用于消毒的臭氧水浓度不得小于18ppm。但是在多种病菌共存的情况下,要杀灭特定的目标病菌时,上述的浓度还是不够的,因而需要提供浓度更高的臭氧水,譬如,浓度为20ppm-30ppm的臭氧水。但是,现有的制备臭氧水的设备还不能提供这种超高浓度的臭氧水。从理论上讲,可以用多台臭氧发生设备同时产生臭氧来生产这种超高浓度的臭氧水,但这种想法并不现实,因为动用多台设备在场地占用、能源消耗等方面是难以接受的,在家用和医用的超高浓度臭氧水发生设备方面尤为如此。
臭氧水浓度的高低既取决于臭氧的供应强度,也取决于水对臭氧的吸收效率。如果能够事先将所产生的臭氧储存起来,然后用一种高效的气水混合器吸收这种臭氧,就能以少量的臭氧发生器来生产超高浓度的臭氧水。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可储气的高效的臭氧水发生装置。
本实用新型提供一种喷淋雾化储气式臭氧水发生装置,它包括一个具有一定储气空间的混合室,设在该混合室顶部的雾化水喷头、与该雾化水喷头相连的自来水进水管及该管上的自来水进水控制阀、设在该混合室顶部的臭氧进入管以及设在该混合室下部的臭氧水出水管及该管上的出水控制阀,其特征在于,还包括用于控制所述自来水进水控制阀和臭氧水出水控制阀的延时电路。
本实用新型对臭氧的来源无特殊限制,凡是能够提供臭氧的设备均能适用于本实用新型,但优选电解式臭氧发生装置。
本实用新型采用的雾化水喷头优先选用本发明人在申请号为:200520113833.5,名称为:“一种喷淋式臭氧水混合装置”的实用新型专利申请中所述的水喷头。
本实用新型的喷淋雾化储气式臭氧水发生装置是这样工作的:当装有本实用新型的气水混合室的臭氧水发生装置开始工作时,所述的延时电路控制所述的自来水进水控制阀和臭氧水出水控制阀使其延时一段时间开启。在这一段时间中,自所述的臭氧进入管进到混合器中的臭氧被储存在该混合室中,随后延时电路使上述两阀开启,自来水经雾化水喷头以水雾的形式与储存的臭氧混合,形成高浓度的臭氧水经所述的臭氧水出水管放出。
由于延时电路的延时时间是可调的,所以所述的混合室中储存的臭氧量也是可调的,延时时间越长,储存的臭氧越多,所生成的臭氧水的浓度也越高。将臭氧存在混合室中,相当于多台臭氧发生器同时提供臭氧。采用本实用新型的气水混合器,不但能产生超高浓度的臭氧水,而且能使整个臭氧水发生装置的结构十分紧凑。

具体实施方式
参见图1,当臭氧发生器(未示)开机时,延时电路(未示)使自来水进水管4上的进水控制阀5和臭氧水出水管7上的出水控制阀6延时开启。来自臭氧发生器的臭氧进入气水混合室1并储存于其中。当所述的延时阶段过后,延时电路使上述进水、出水控制阀5、6开启,使自来水经雾化水喷头2以水雾状喷入混合室1中,形成30ppm以上的超高浓度的臭氧水,然后经臭氧水出水管7流出。

1.一种喷淋雾化储气式臭氧水发生装置,它包括一个具有一定储气空间的混合室,设在该混合室顶部的雾化水喷头、与该雾化水喷头相连的自来水进水管及该管上的自来水进水控制阀、设在该混合室顶部的臭氧进入管以及设在该混合室下部的臭氧水出水管及该管上的出水控制阀,其特征在于,还包括用于控制所述自来水进水控制阀和臭氧水出水控制阀的延时电路。
