本实用新型涉及制浆造纸机械，确切地说是一种高速洗浆机。
                         背景技术
目前国际上公开的一种双辊单网式高速洗浆机实际上是一种纸浆的浓缩设备，通过对低浓纸浆的高速离心及挤压脱水达到带走浆料中杂质的洗涤目的。该设备的主要缺点是洗浆网在运行中容易出现起褶打折现象，致使网子跑偏，造成网子使用寿命缩短，同时也影响洗浆效果。
                         发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种能够防止网子在运行中出现起褶打折现象的高速洗浆机，从而提高网子的使用寿命，提高洗浆效果。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种高速洗浆机，包括主动辊(1)、从动辊(2)、壳体(3)、机架(4)、与布浆器(5)连在一起的进浆口(6)、与出料螺旋(7)连在一起的出料口(8)以及套在主动辊(1)和从动辊(2)上的无端网(9)，其特征在于在主动辊(1)或从动辊(2)的辊面上以轴上中心位置为分界线向左右两侧分别设置有对称的、旋向相反的且螺旋角＞0的若干个沟纹槽(10)；所述沟纹槽(10)的旋向是顺着无端网(9)的运行方向向两端伸展。
本实用新型较现有技术相比，具有以下优点：一是结构简单，制造成本低；二是网子使用寿命长，提高洗涤效果。
