本实用新型涉及一种水泵用放气结构,属泵用放气结构制造领域。
背景技术:
现有的泵用放气结构,在结构设计上,泵体中的放气结构采用螺栓堵头,排气时,直接将螺栓旋掉。其不足之处:当泵中的尚未完气体放出时,紧接着的便是液体,如果液体为高温液体或有毒或有害液体时,此时再将堵头旋接密封时,不可避免地烫伤或危害人们的身体健康,并且对环境产生污染。
发明内容:
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种能够将泵中积存的空气有效排出的泵用放气结构。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的,在结构设计上,在泵中设置一放气结构,该放气结构为泵用放气管侧向螺堵调控放气结构,即在泵用放气管的侧部开有放气气道,放气气道的通与不通采用螺堵控制,当旋接在放气管轴向内的螺堵旋紧时,螺堵的头将放气管口堵塞、螺堵的壁将放气气道口密封;当旋接在放气管轴向内的螺堵旋松时,螺堵的头离开放气管口、螺堵的壁与放气气道口呈间隙配合,泵头内的空气或气液体从泵中排出。其技术方案:泵头(1)中设有放气管(2),放气螺堵(3)与放气管内壁旋接,放气螺栓(4)旋接在放气螺堵(3)的放气孔道内且可旋进、旋出。
本实用新型与背景技术相比,一是泵中放气结构的设置,不仅能够可靠地将泵内的空气或含有空气的流体从放气结构中排出,而且能够有效地避免泵内液体对人体的伤害和对环境的污染;二是结构新颖、简单、可靠、成本低。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:参照附图1。泵用放气结构,泵1采用现有技术制作且泵1的泵体上装有放气管2,放气管2的一端与泵头1腔体连通、一端与放气螺堵3旋接,放气螺栓4旋接在放气螺堵3的放气孔道内且可旋进、旋出。放气螺堵3侧部采用现有技术开有放气气道5。放气管2的管口小于螺堵3的堵头螺纹,螺堵3的堵头呈锥形。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本实用新型作了比较详细的说明,但是这些说明只是对本实用新型说明性的,而不是对本实用新型的限制,任何不超出本实用新型实质精神内的发明创造,均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

1、一种泵用放气结构,其特征是:泵头(1)中设有放气管(2),放气螺堵(3)与放气管内壁旋接,放气螺栓(4)旋接在放气螺堵(3)的放气孔道内且可旋进、旋出。
2、根据权利要求1所述的泵用放气结构,其特征是:放气螺堵(3)侧部开有放气气道(5)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的泵用放气结构,其特征是:放气管(2)的管口小于螺堵(3)的堵头螺纹。
4、根据权利要求3所述的泵用放气结构,其特征是:螺堵(3)的堵头呈锥形。
