本实用新型提供一种制气炉的出气装置，该出气装置位于炉堂(1)上部炉顶下部的炉壁(3)内侧，其具有环形水槽(2)，环形水槽(2)的上部设有进气管(7)和出气通道(8)，进气管(7)和出气通道(8)分别与炉堂(1)和出气环道(6)相通。本实用新型可过滤所产气体中的焦油，输出的气体焦油含量少，长期使用也不致于堵塞输气管道，使用卫生方便。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及固体燃料气化燃烧的制气炉，特别是一种制气炉的出气装置。
背景技术  运用固体燃料进行气化燃烧的炉具已较普遍，如中国专利ZL02277000.3就公开了这样一种制气炉。现有制气炉具有一个重要缺陷，就是气化过程中产生的焦油很多，既使是采用分离器分离也难以完全除出，使用时间一长，焦油很容易堵塞输管道，清洗不便。
发明内容  本实新型的目的就在于提供一种制气炉的出气装置，其可有效除去焦油。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的实施方案为：一种制气炉的出气装置，其特征在于，该出气装置位于炉堂上部炉顶下部的炉壁内侧，其具有环状水槽，环状水槽的上部设有进气管和出气通道，进气管和出气通道分别与炉堂和出气环道相通。
所述环形水槽中安装有溢流管，该溢流管的下部伸出炉壁外，上端低于环形隔圈，高于进气管下端。
所述环状水槽上部设有环状隔圈，进风管设置在环状隔圈上。
本实用新型工作时，将环形水槽充满水，炉堂产生的气体通过进风管进入环形水槽，经出气通道进入出气环道，在此过程中，由于气体经过水槽，水槽中的水可过滤气体中的焦油，输出的气体焦油含量少，长期使用也不致于绪塞输气管道，使用卫生方便。

具体实施方式  如附图所示，本实用新型提供的制气炉的出气装置位于炉堂1的上方炉顶出气环道6下方的炉壁10内侧，具有环形水槽2，环形水槽2的上部有环形隔圈5，环形隔圈5上有进气管7分别与环形水槽2和炉堂1相通，环形水槽2的上部还有出气通道8与设置在炉顶侧壁的出气环道6相通，环形水槽2中安装有溢流管4，该溢流管4的下端伸出炉壁3，上端低于环形隔圈5，高于进气管7下端。

1、一种制气炉的出气装置，其特征在于，该出气装置位于炉堂(1)上部炉顶下部的炉壁(3)内侧，其具有环形水槽(2)，环形水槽(2)的上部设有进气管(7)和出气通道(8)，进气管(7)和出气通道(8)分别与炉堂(1)和出气环道(6)相通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制气炉的出气装置，其特征在于，所述环形水槽(2)中安装有溢流管(4)，该溢流管(4)的下部伸出炉壁外，上端低于环形隔圈(5)，高于进气管(7)下端。
3、根据权利要求1所述的制气炉的出气装置，其特征在于，所述环状水槽(2)上部设有环状隔圈(5)，进风管(7)设置在环状隔圈(5)上。
