本实用新型公开了一种矿灯用安全型锂离子电池,它主要适用于矿井下的采矿作业。该电池包括正极、负极及隔膜组成的内含有电解液的电池芯,正极和负极通过隔膜隔开,其结构特点是整个电池芯通过卷绕制成,且电池芯的外表面包覆有铝塑复合膜;所述的正极一侧由锰酸锂涂覆于铝集流体,负极一侧由石墨涂覆于铜集流体。本实用新型具有结构设计合理、安全性能好、生产成本低的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种矿灯用安全型锂离子电池,它主要适用于矿井下的采矿作业。
背景技术
目前矿井下采矿作业所使用的矿灯,大多采用普通铅酸蓄电池作为电源,除了存在生产成本高、平均寿命短——不足400次循环、难维护、质量重——2kg、体积大——12.5cm×3.4cm×19.5cm,且携带不方便等缺点之外,还容易漏液造成酸腐蚀,环境污染严重,给矿工的正常工作和生活平添不少困难。现在也有少部分矿灯采用镍氢电池作为电源,将多个镍氢电池通过串并联技术组成一个电池组,其不足之处在于如果其中一块电池的参数发生变化,就会影响整个电池组的均衡性,串并联的电池数目越多,均衡性越差,安全问题愈加严重。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构设计合理、安全性能好、生产成本低的矿灯用安全型锂离子电池。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该电池包括正极、负极及隔膜组成的内含有电解液的电池芯,正极和负极通过隔膜隔开,其特征是:整个电池芯通过卷绕制成,且电池芯的外表面包覆有铝塑复合膜。
本实用新型所述的正极一侧由锰酸锂涂覆于铝集流体,负极一侧由石墨涂覆于铜集流体。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:1、结构设计合理,整个电池芯通过卷绕制成,工艺简单,效率高,电池芯形状也易于设计,适于组装成电源、灯头一体化的矿用安全帽灯;2、正极材料采用锰酸锂,成本低廉、无污染,在电极反应过程中耐过充,其安全性能得到很大改善,可以很好地满足矿灯用电池的安全性要求,是一种极有应用前景的矿灯用电池。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2,本实施例主要由正极6、隔膜3、负极7及铝塑复合膜10组成,正极6和负极7通过隔膜3隔开,在正极6和负极7的端部设有正负极极耳8和9。膜片2为由锰酸锂组成的正极活性物质,辅助物质有粘合剂、导电剂;膜片4为由石墨组成的负极活性物质,辅助物质有粘合剂;膜片2与铝集流体1复合成正极6,膜片4与铜集流体5复合成负极7;正极6、负极7及隔膜层3通过卷绕制成电池芯11,在电池芯11的外面包裹上铝塑符合膜10,并向其内注入电解液,抽真空、密封后即形成电池。

1、一种矿灯用安全型锂离子电池,包括正极、负极及隔膜组成的内含有电解液的电池芯,正极和负极通过隔膜隔开,其特征是:整个电池芯通过卷绕制成,且电池芯的外表面包覆有铝塑复合膜。
2、根据权利要求1所述的矿灯用安全型锂离子电池,其特征是:所述的正极一侧由锰酸锂涂覆于铝集流体,负极一侧由石墨涂覆于铜集流体。
