Abstract

本实用新型涉及机械领域，更具地说是一种剥白果的机械。
背景技术
白果含有大量氨基酸及丰富的蛋白质，人们常用于甜羹或菜肴中。由于白果有一硬壳，因此剥壳较困难，一般都用木棒或小槌先将外壳击碎，再将果肉剥出，费时费力、速度慢，至今末见白果破壳的专用机械出现。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决白果破壳困难，提供一种不需敲击的、快速白果破壳机。
本实用新型的技术方案：
本实用新型由滚筒、机架组成，其特征在于：机架内平行装有两个带凹槽的滚筒，一个为固定，另一可前后移动，通过机架的螺丝来调节两滚筒间的距离，以适应大小不一的白果。滚筒轴端装有摇把，机架上方设有进料口，滚筒下为斜面的出料口。
本实用新型的优点：不需人工敲击，省时省力，工效快，操作简便，将摇把换成皮带轮，用电机来带动，更省力、高速。

具体实施方式
见附图，机架(1)内平行装有两个带凹槽(2)的滚筒(3)，
一个为固定，另一可前后移动，机架前装有调节螺丝(4)。滚筒轴端装有摇把(5)，机架上方设有进料口(6)，滚筒下为斜面的出料口(7)。
使用方法：根椐需破壳白果的大小，旋转调节螺丝来调节两滚筒间的距离，摇动摇把，逐渐投入白果，经挤压破壳后的白果，从出料口自动流出。
