Abstract
一种数据存储器防护装置,包括一磁架与一锁固件,该磁架包括一端壁与一底壁,该端壁开设一通孔,该底壁开设有若干卡槽,该数据存储器防护装置还包括一固定体,该固定体包括一承载数据存储器的承载板与一设置于该承载板一端的挡板,该承载板设有若干卡扣于卡槽的卡钩,该挡板设有一锁固部,该锁固件穿过该通孔锁入该锁固部。该数据存储器通过固定于该固定体内及该锁固件将该固定体锁固于该磁架的端壁而固定于该磁架内,当震动发生时,外力可通过该固定体均匀地传递至该数据存储器;且由于该锁固件锁固于固定体,不会造成该数据存储器受力不均。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种数据存储器防护装置。
【技术背景】
笔记本电脑使用过程中可能有跌落或震动的情况发生,因此要求笔记本电脑的数据存储器必需可以承受一定的冲击。通常数据存储器通过一磁架固定于笔记本电脑内,该磁架包括两侧壁,每一侧壁开设有若干通孔,数据存储器的两侧壁对应开设有螺孔,若干螺丝穿过通孔锁入数据存储器的对应螺孔内,将数据存储器与磁架的侧壁锁合在一起。但是,由于数据存储器是直接与磁架相接触,当震动发生时,数据存储器直接受到外力的冲击,从而对数据存储器产生较大的损害;另外由于有多个螺丝直接锁入数据存储器内,当多个螺丝锁紧力不均,特别是当震动发生时,更会对数据存储器造成损伤。
【实用新型内容】
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种更好保护数据存储器的数据存储器防护装置。
一种数据存储器防护装置,包括一磁架与一锁固件,该磁架包括一端壁与一底壁,该端壁开设一通孔,该底壁开设有若干卡槽,该数据存储器防护装置还包括一固定体,该固定体包括一承载数据存储器的承载板与一设置于该承载板一端的挡板,该承载板设有若干卡扣于卡槽的卡钩,该挡板设有一锁固部,该锁固件穿过该通孔锁入该锁固部。
该数据存储器通过固定于该固定体内及该锁固件将该固定体锁固于该磁架的端壁而固定于该磁架内,当震动发生时,外力可通过该固定体均匀地传递至该数据存储器;且由于该锁固件锁固于固定体,不会造成该数据存储器受力不均。

图3是本实用新型数据存储器防护装置较佳实施方式与该数据存储器的立体组合图。
图4是本实用新型数据存储器防护装置较佳实施方式与该数据存储器的另一方向立体组合图。
【具体实施方式】
请参照图1与图2,一种数据存储器防护装置包括一磁架10、一固定体30与一锁固件50。
该磁架10包括一底壁11,该底壁11开设有四个卡槽112,每一卡槽112包括一导入槽1121及一相连通的卡扣槽1123。该底壁11一端向上垂直弯折形成一端壁13,该端壁13开设一通孔132。该底壁11两侧边向上设有两相对的侧壁15,该两侧壁15的一端邻接于该端壁13,该两侧壁15的另一端敞开设置。
该固定体30包括一承载板31,该承载板31对应该磁架10的卡槽112冲设有四个大致成L形的卡钩311。该承载板31的一端对应该磁架10的端壁13设有一挡板33,该挡板33垂直向外设有一具螺纹孔(未标号)的锁固部332。该承载板31另一端设有另一挡板35,该两挡板33、35是相对设置,其二者间形成一收容空间,该挡板35开设有一开槽351。该挡板35的顶缘向该收容空间内垂直弯折一与该承载板31相平行的折片37。该固定体30是金属材料制成,具有防止电磁辐射功能。
请一并参照图3与图4,组装时,一数据存储器70自该固定体30的两挡板33、35间装入,该数据存储器70承载于该固定体30的承载板31上,其两端分别抵靠于该固定体30的两挡板33、35,该数据存储器70被该两挡板33、35牢固夹持,该数据存储器70的连接器71对应该固定体30的挡板35的开槽351,该数据存储器70的表面抵接于该固定体30的折片37。本实施方式中,该数据存储器70为一硬盘。
之后将该装置有数据存储器70的固定体30置入该磁架10内,使得该固定体30的卡钩311分别穿过该磁架10的底壁11的导入槽1121。向该磁架10的端壁13方向推动该固定体30,该固定体30的卡钩311自对应的导入槽1121进入对应的卡扣槽1123内,至该固定体30的锁固部332抵顶于该磁架10的端壁13,该固定体30的卡钩311钩扣于该磁架10的底壁11,该锁固部332的螺纹孔对正该磁架10的端壁13的通孔132。将该锁固件50穿过该通孔132而旋入该锁固部332将该固定体30锁固于该磁架10。本实施方式中,该锁固件50是一螺丝。
该数据存储器70通过固定于该固定体30内、该固定体30的卡钩311钩扣于该磁架10的底壁11及该锁固件50将该固定体30锁固于该磁架10的端壁13而固定于该磁架10内,当震动发生时,外力可通过该固定体30均匀地传递至该数据存储器70;且由于该锁固件50锁固于固定体30,不会造成该数据存储器70受力不均,从而对该数据存储器70形成较好的防护效果。另外,该固定体30还有防电磁辐射的作用。
Claims (7)
1.一种数据存储器防护装置,包括一磁架与一锁固件,该磁架包括一端壁与一底壁,其特征在于:该端壁开设一通孔,该底壁开设有若干卡槽,该数据存储器防护装置还包括一固定体,该固定体包括一承载数据存储器的承载板与一设置于该承载板一端的挡板,该承载板设有若干卡扣于卡槽的卡钩,该挡板设有一锁固部,该锁固件穿过该通孔锁入该锁固部。
2.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器防护装置,其特征在于:每一卡槽包括一导入槽与一相连通的卡扣槽,每一卡钩大致成L形,各卡钩卡入对应的卡扣槽并钩扣于该磁架的底壁。
3.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器防护装置,其特征在于:该承载板另一端设有另一挡板,该两挡板是相对设置,其二者间形成数据存储器收容空间。
4.如权利要求3所述的数据存储器防护装置,其特征在于:该另一挡板的顶缘向该收容空间内形成一折片。
5.如权利要求3所述的数据存储器防护装置,其特征在于:该另一挡板开设一开槽。
6.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器防护装置,其特征在于:该锁固件是一螺丝。
7.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器防护装置,其特征在于:该磁架沿其底板两侧边设有两相对的侧壁,该两侧壁一端邻接于该端壁,另一端敞开。
