Abstract
本实用新型公开了多功能T型管,T型管(1)由T型管横臂(10)和T型管纵臂(4)组成,T型管内有T型管管腔(11),其特征在于:在T型管内设注药管(5)或注气管(6),注药管(5)的一端由T型管纵臂上端侧引出注药口(2),注药口上设注药口自闭阀(3),注药管的另一端由T型管横臂一端引出,注气管(6)的一端由T型管纵壁上端侧引出注气口(8),注气口上设注气口自闭阀(7),注气管的另一端上至少连接一个气囊(9),气囊埋设T型管横臂(10)内。使用本实用新型如重复胆道造影,不需重复缝合胆总管和拆除缝线,无创伤地完成多次术中胆道造影;手术中和手术后胆道出血时,可行填塞止血功能和术后腔内药物止血治疗。

本实用新型涉及医疗器械,具体涉及多功能T型管。
背景技术
胆总管切开探查术后行术中胆道造影术,均经T型管注入造影剂。如有残留病灶或结石要再行处理,需拆除胆总管缝线再行缝合,有以下缺点:(1)造影发现胆道病灶需再行处理时,则对胆总管有创伤;(2)如重复胆道造影,则需重复多次缝合胆管和拆除缝线;(3)术后腔道造影可导致胆道高压引起胆总管远端开口扩张使影像学信息失真或胆道感染扩散;(4)现有T型管功能单一。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种多功能T型管,该T型管用于胆管切开探查术中和术后,多途径辅助治疗缩短疗程,减轻病人痛苦。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:T型管由T型横臂和T管纵臂组成,T型管内有管腔,其特征在于:在T型管内设注药管或注气管,注药管的一端由T型管纵臂上端侧引出注药口,注药口上设自闭阀,注药管的另一端由T型管横臂一端引出,注气管的一端由T型管纵壁上端铡引出注气口,注气口上设自闭阀,注气管的另一端上至少连接一个气囊,气囊埋设T型管横臂内。
本实用新型T型管在下列手术中可以使用:(1)术后造影:胆道造影时将多功能T型管置入胆总管中,如胆总管切口过长,则缝合一端以防多功能T型管滑出,经多功能T型管注入造影剂,使胆总管充满造影剂;然后每个气囊注入4-10ml空气以能阻塞管腔为度,以免造成胆总管切口撕裂损伤,造影后开放两气囊,取出多功能T型管。(2)胆总管探查:对胆道扩张器不能确定是否通过胆总管下端开口,或橡胶导尿管不能通过且注水有反流时,可将近侧横臂夹住,再注水观察远端是否通畅,可防止小号胆道扩张器探查致胆总管远端假道形成。(3)气囊扩张术:胆总管远端吻合术后,可经通过吻合口的气囊注气行气囊扩张术,预防和治疗术后胆道狭窄。(4)术中遇胆道出血需填塞止血时,可夹闭多功能T型管一侧横臂,将另一侧横臂置入近侧胆总管,气囊充气后夹闭T型管纵臂可起填塞止血作用;还可在此基础上腔内药物止血治疗;如手术后有再出血可能,可在缝合胆总管切口前用粗丝线结扎闭塞多功能T型管远侧横臂,出血时可充气近侧气囊并夹闭T型管纵臂起止血作用,或经注药管行腔内药物止血治疗。(5)术后经多功能T型管造影时,经注药口注造影剂,可不需先抽气。

如图1、2所示,T型管1由T型管横臂10和T型管纵臂4组成,T型管内有T型管管腔11,其特征在于:在T型管内设注药管5或注气管6,注药管5的一端由T型管纵臂上端侧引出注药口2,注药口2上设注药口自闭阀3,注药管5的另一端由T型管横臂一端引出,注气管6的一端由T型管纵壁上端侧引出注气口8,注气口上设注气口自闭阀7,注气管的另一端上至少连接一个气囊9,气囊9埋设T型管横臂10内。
本实用新型具有以个优点:(1)如重复胆道造影,不需重复缝合胆总管和拆除缝线,无创伤地完成多次术中胆道造影;(2)夹闭近侧横臂,远侧横臂气囊充气后,可经多功能T型管纵臂注水了解胆总管远端开口通畅情况,可避免Bakes胆道扩张器探查致胆总管远端假道形成;(3)可作为治疗胆道狭窄的扩张气囊使用,完成气囊扩张术;(4)手术中和手术后胆道出血时,可行填塞止血功能和术后腔内药物止血治疗;(5)术后经多功能T型管造影,造影时不会引起胆道高压,可准确地显示胆总管远端开口通畅情况和防止胆道感染扩散。

1.多功能T型管,T型管(1)由T型管横臂(10)和T型管纵臂(4)组成,T型管内有T型管管腔(11),其特征在于:在T型管内设注药管(5)或注气管(6),注药管(5)的一端由T型管纵臂上端侧引出注药口(2),注药口(2)上设注药口自闭阀(3),注药管(5)的另一端由T型管横臂一端引出,注气管(6)的一端由T型管纵壁上端侧引出注气口(8),注气口上设注气口自闭阀(7),注气管的另一端上至少连接一个气囊(9),气囊(9)埋设T型管横臂(10)内。
