Abstract

本实用新型提供一种内置电池式便携DVD播放机,包括机体、翻盖,翻盖与机体相连接,在机体内侧设置电池仓,电池仓口设置有电池仓盖。本便携式DVD播放机采用了易于得到、比较通用的5号或7号电池或充电电池作为电源,代替成本较高、通用性差的锂电池或锂离子电池,所以相对现有技术具有成本较低、电池通用性好的优点,可有效避免发生电池使用完毕而又无法充电造成DVD播放机不能正常使用的情况;而其采用电池内置的结构设计,可有效避免在使用过程中因无意碰撞、跌落等意外情况打开电池仓盖,使电池掉出影响使用的情况;这种设计对电池仓盖亦可以很好地保护,避免其意外损坏或脱落。

本实用新型涉及一种DVD播放机,特别涉及一种内置电池式便携DVD播放机。
                     背景技术
现有的便携式DVD播放机的结构形式多样,其采用的供电方式一般为交流转直流供电及电池供电两种方式,对于电池供电方式,一般都是采用专门设计的锂电池或锂离子电池供电,这种电池成本较高,通用性较差,且易造成环保污染。现在较为通用的电池为5号或7号电池或充电电池,这种电池的成本较为低廉,而且方便得到,通用性好,有利于环保,但目前市面上尚未见有利用这种电池形式的便携式DVD播放机;在市面上利用这种电池的类似电子产品为便携CD机,现有的便携CD机的电池安装形式一般是在机体的底部设置电池仓,另设置一电池仓盖密封电池仓,这种电池设置形式的优点是更换电池比较方便,将电池仓盖打开即可,但亦存在明显的缺点:在使用过程中比较容易意外打开电池仓盖,使电池掉出(如无意碰撞、跌落等情况);另外,电池仓盖亦易于损坏而不能封闭电池,造成使用上的不便。
                        发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种可使用通用电池,结构合理,使用稳定性好,不会意外断电的内置电池式便携DVD播放机。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现:本内置电池式便携DVD播放机包括机体、翻盖,翻盖与机体相连接,其特征在于:在机体内侧设置电池仓,电池仓口设置有电池仓盖。
所述电池仓盖活动铰接或卡接在电池仓口。
所述电池仓盖一端与电池仓口相铰接或者插入式卡接,另一端通过弹性卡片与电池仓口相卡接。
所述电池仓分为2~4部分,分别设置在机体内旋转轴的周围;每部分电池仓可容纳2~4个5号或7号电池或充电电池。
所述电池仓盖安装在电池仓口后,电池仓盖上侧面与机体上侧面相平齐或稍低于机体上侧面,这样不易影响盘片的正常使用。
本实用新型相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:(1)由于本便携式DVD播放机采用了易于得到、较为通用、环保效果更好的5号或7号电池或充电电池作为电源,代替成本较高、通用性差的锂电池或锂离子电池,所以相对现有技术具有成本较低、电池通用性好、符合环保要求的优点,可有效避免发生电池使用完毕而又无法充电造成DVD播放机不能正常使用的情况;(2)本便携式DVD播放机采用了电池内置的结构设计,可有效避免在使用过程中因无意碰撞、跌落等意外情况打开电池仓盖,使电池掉出影响使用的情况;这种设计对电池仓盖亦可以很好地保护,避免其意外损坏或脱落。

                    具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述,但本实用新型的实施方式不限于此。
实施例
图1~图3示出了本实用新型的具体结构,由图1可见,本内置电池式便携DVD播放机包括机体1、翻盖2,翻盖2与机体1相连接,如图2所示,在打开翻盖2后,在机体1内侧设置有电池仓3,电池仓分为2个部分3-1、3-2,分别设置在机体1内旋转轴4的两侧,每部分电池仓可容纳2个5号电池或充电电池,两部分电池仓3-1、3-2共可容纳4个电池,在两部分电池仓3-1、3-2的开口处分别设置有电池仓盖5,所述电池仓盖5一端与电池仓口一边相铰接或者插入式卡接,另一端通过弹性卡片5-1与电池仓口的卡口6相卡接;电池仓盖5安装在电池仓口后,电池仓盖5上侧面与机体1上侧面相平齐,如图3所示,这样不易影响盘片的正常使用。

1、一种内置电池式便携DVD播放机,包括机体、翻盖,翻盖与机体相连接,其特征在于:在机体内侧设置电池仓,电池仓口设置有电池仓盖。
2、根据权利要求1所述的内置电池式便携DVD播放机,其特征在于:所述电池仓盖活动铰接或卡接在电池仓口。
3、根据权利要求2所述的内置电池式便携DVD播放机,其特征在于:所述电池仓盖一端与电池仓口相铰接或者插入式卡接,另一端通过弹性卡片与电池仓口相卡接。
4、根据权利要求1所述的内置电池式便携DVD播放机,其特征在于:所述电池仓分为2~4部分,分别设置在机体内旋转轴的周围。
5、根据权利要求4所述的内置电池式便携DVD播放机,其特征在于:每部分电池仓容纳2~4个5号或7号电池或充电电池。
6、根据权利要求1所述的内置电池式便携DVD播放机,其特征在于:所述电池仓盖安装在电池仓口后,电池仓盖上侧面与机体上侧面相平齐或稍低于机体上侧面。
