本实用新型涉及一种阀芯。具体涉及一种快速排气阀的阀芯。属气动元件技术领域。
背景技术：
快速排气阀是自动化控制系统中常用的气动执行元件。它主要由阀腔、阀芯和放气塞组成，如图4。阀芯和放气塞设置于阀腔内，放气塞中心开设有排气孔，阀芯置于放气塞进气端。在本实用新型作出以前，常规的阀芯均为单纯的橡胶件，如图5。橡胶件强度低，阀芯受压后容易产生弯曲变形，致使阀芯与放气塞进气口的密封面有可能产生缝隙，影响阀芯的密封效果，因此其密封可靠性差，使用寿命短。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种强度高，密封效果好，可靠性高，使用寿命长的快速排气阀的阀芯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种快速排气阀的阀芯，包括阀芯本体，其特征在于：在所述的阀芯本体内嵌置有增强金属片。这样就大大增加了阀芯的强度，阀芯受压后不会产生弯曲变形，阀芯与放气塞进气口的密封面接触紧密，密封效果好，因此其密封可靠性好，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式：
参见图1，本实用新型为一种快速排气阀的阀芯，包括阀芯本体1，其特征在于：在所述的阀芯本体1内嵌置有增强金属片2。
工作时，压缩空气推动阀芯，由阀芯4的单向唇口进入阀腔3，经阀腔3出气口3.1进入执行机构，此时阀芯4压紧放气塞5的进气口，如图2。
工作结束，阀芯4上部的压力降低，执行机构回缩压缩空气推动阀芯4上移，打开放气塞5的排气孔5.1，执行元件内压缩空气由放气塞5上的排气孔5.1排出，参见图3。
