Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种煤气发生炉布煤器，外壳体(1)上设有倒锥体(2)，吊耳(3)支架(5)支架(9)，周边挡板(11)，支架(5)上设有丝杆(7)与挡煤板(8)连接，吊耳(3)与挡煤板(8)连接，支架(9)上设有洒煤锥(10)。煤气发生炉生产煤气时，要将合格的块煤由加煤机加入炉内前，需通过布煤器均匀地将煤分布在炉膛内，通过下料下料锥体(2)将煤集中，再由固定在壳体(1)上的四个挡煤板(8)，利用丝杆(7)和手轮(6)将挡煤板推进或拉出，改变煤落下的位置和角度，再由洒煤锥(10)将煤分布开，后由挡板(11)进行均匀分布入炉内，同时也可以根据炉内燃烧情况随意调整布煤位置，使炉内气化处于正常状态。

(一)技术领域：本实用新型属于一种煤气发生炉布煤装置，具体涉及一种布煤器。
(二)背景技术：原有布煤装置有两种，一种是可上下左右前后移动的大直径洒煤锥，落下的煤周边多，中间少，很难调整到均匀布煤。另一种是加煤五筒布煤装置，落在炉内的煤只有五个堆，也达不到均匀布煤的效果。这样就导致了布煤不均，气化不正常的现象，煤气质量比较难达到生产的要求。
(三)发明内容：本实用新型针对上述技术存在的问题，提供一种布煤机，解决块煤的均匀分布问题。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种布煤器，它包括外壳体1，倒锥体2，丝杆7，手轮6，洒煤锥10和周边挡板11，布煤器由外壳体1，倒锥体2，吊耳3，压兰4，支架5，手轮6，丝杆7，挡煤板8，支架9，洒煤锥10和周边挡板11组成；外壳体1上部设有倒锥体2，外壳体1的锥面上设置吊耳3，吊耳3与挡煤板8连接，外壳体1的直角部位设有支架5，支架5上设置有丝杆7，手轮6，压兰4，丝杆7与挡煤板8连接，外壳体1的下部设置有支架9，支架9的中间设置有洒煤锥10，外壳体1的最下部边沿设置有周边板11。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果：操作方便灵活，随意调整布煤的位置，分布均匀，提高了炉内正常气化，减轻了工人的劳动强度。

实施例：如图1所示，外壳体1上部设有倒锥体2，外壳体1的锥面上设置吊耳3，吊耳3与挡煤板8连接，外壳体1的直角部位设有支架5，支架5上设置有丝杆7，手轮6，压兰4，丝杆7与挡煤板8连接，外壳体1的下部设置有支架9，支架9的中间设置有洒煤锥10，外壳体1的最下部边沿设置有周边板11。
工作过程：煤通过下料下料锥体2将煤集中，再由固定在壳体1上的四个挡煤板8，利用丝杆7和手轮6将挡煤板推进或拉出，改变煤落下的位置和角度，再由洒煤锥10将煤分布开，后由挡板11进行均匀分布入炉内，同时也可以根据炉内燃烧情况随意调整布煤位置，使炉内气化处于正常状态。
