一种用于垃圾压缩机上的浮动滑块导向装置。它的特征是,安装在压缩机压头上的螺杆1连着支撑架2,支撑架通过销轴3安装滑块座4,滑块座外端用螺钉固定着尼龙滑块5,滑块紧贴压缩机的立柱导轨6表面。在压缩机的压头上装有一块挡板7接触支撑架一侧,起着对支撑架的限位作用。本实用新型采用浮动式的滑块机构为面接触,对导轨造成的局部应力不大;当压缩机出现偏摆时,滑块能自动调整,且有挡板限位,使滑块对立柱导轨的作用力始终均匀垂直作用于导轨面。

本实用新型涉及一种垃圾压缩机导向装置。
技术背景目前,国内外垂直式垃圾压缩机导向装置有两种,一种是单纯的固定式滑块导向,这种导向装置拆卸很麻烦,导轨之间的形位误差所导致的滑块与导轨的间隙不易把握,使压缩机在运作中容易出现偏摆甚至于卡机,严重时能使导轨局部变形;另一种是用滚轮导向,滚轮与导轨为线接触,当压缩机出现偏摆时,接触应力非常大,也能使导轨局部变形。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是要提供一种可调整的、面接触的垃圾压缩机浮动滑块导向装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:安装在压缩机压头上的支撑架,通过销轴铰接滑块座,滑块座通过滑块与压缩机的立柱导轨面相接触。在支撑架一侧设有稳定支撑架的限位挡板。
本实用新型采用浮动式的滑块机构为面接触,对导轨造成的局部应力不大;当压缩机出现偏摆时,滑块能自动调整,且有挡板限位,使滑块对立柱导轨的作用力始终均匀垂直作用于导轨面。

参照附图,安装在压缩机压头上的螺杆1连着支撑架2,支撑架通过销轴3安装滑块座4,滑块座外端用螺钉固定着尼龙滑块5,滑块紧贴压缩机的立柱导轨6表面。在压缩机的压头上装有一块挡板7接触支撑架一侧,起着对支撑架的限位作用。

1.一种浮动滑块导向装置,有立柱导轨(6),安装在压缩机压头上的螺杆(1)连着支撑架(2),其特征是:支撑架通过销轴(3)安装滑块座(4),滑块座外端用螺钉固定着滑块(5),滑块紧贴压缩机的立柱导轨(6)表面。
2.按权利要求1所述的浮动滑块导向装置,其特征是:在压缩机的压头上装有一块挡板(7)接触支撑架(2)一侧;所述滑块(5)为尼龙滑块。
