技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种燃油、燃气锅炉的冷凝管装置。
背景技术
传统的冷凝管是在不锈钢管内安装扰流片。由于扰流片形成折转的烟道,造成烟气的阻力大和冷凝水不易排除等缺点。又由于扰流片与冷凝管的管壁不接触,使得扰流片的热量不能传导到冷凝管上,所以导热效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于燃油、燃气锅炉的复合冷凝管,以解决传统的冷凝管对烟气造成阻力大,且冷凝水不易排除和导热效率低等问题。
本实用新型所述一种用于燃油、燃气锅炉的复合冷凝管的结构包括:圆形的不锈钢管和圆形的带内翅片的铝合金管,所述不锈钢管的内壁与铝合金管的外壁紧密贴合;铝翅片沿铝合金管的圆的弦线平行设置,并在弦线的中间部分分开。
本实用新型与传统的冷凝管相比,具有如下优点和积极效果:具有传热效率高、烟气阻力小、冷凝水易排除,结构强度高、承压能力强等优点,可以做为冷凝式锅炉和烟气冷凝器的主换热冷凝管。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的具体结构及应用于冷凝器的结构示意图见图1至图5。图1、2中,在不锈钢管1-1的内侧套有一个圆形的带内翅片的铝合金管1-2。从图中可以看出,不锈钢管的内壁与铝合金管的外壁紧密贴合,以保证传热效果。上述复合管的两种材料构成的目的是,针对燃油、燃气锅炉排放的烟气中含有大量水蒸汽的汽化潜热和烟气冷凝后产生的冷凝水,具有很强的酸性腐蚀性的特点而设计的。由图2可以看出,铝翅片沿铝合金的圆的弦线平行设置,并在弦线的中部分分开。使用时锅炉的烟气在铝合金管带翅片一侧流过,锅炉可系统的低温水在不锈钢管的外侧流动,这样烟气中的热量会被铝合金管的翅片吸收并通过铝合金管传递给不锈钢管,再由不锈钢管传递给水,而烟气由于温度速降低,则会在铝合金管内表面及翅片表面形成冷凝水,冷凝水会沿着铝合金内壁和翅片管的表面向上汇流到一起排出。
图3、4是由复合冷凝管组成的冷凝器的主、左视图。在冷凝器桶体6上下部设有烟气入口12和出口2,排水管13安装在锅炉桶体的下部。在桶体下腔设有挡水板11。进水管8和出水管5分别设在桶体侧壁上,且与冷凝器内腔连通。冷凝管1上、下端设有上、下封头14、10。位于冷凝管上方的桶体腔为集烟箱3。在桶体侧壁上还设有一个排污管9。图3中7是换热器外壳。
图5是复合冷凝管组成的冷凝器的沿A-A向剖面图。由一组复合冷凝管1排列组成复合冷凝器的主体。图5中,5是出水管、9是排污管、8是进水管、4是测温管。

1、一种用于燃油、燃气锅炉的复合冷凝管,其特征在于其结构包括:圆形的不锈钢管和圆形的带内翅片的铝合金管,所述不锈钢管的内壁与铝合金管的外壁紧密贴合;铝翅片沿铝合金管的圆的弦线平行设置,并在弦线的中间部分分开。
