技术领域：本实用新型属于塑料焊接机上的一个零部件，具有涉及一种电热板。
背景技术：目前的塑料焊接机上所用的电热板，主要由包覆在铸铝板体内的电加热管组成，铸造时电加热管是靠管体上设有的环状铝丝进行定位的，其缺点是铝丝易在管体上滑动；与模具接触面大，电加热管在模具内定位不准，铸出的电热板表面易出现气孔，影响铸造质量。
发明内容：本实用新型的发明目的是提供一种结构简单、定位准确，易加工铸造的电热板。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种电热板，由铸铝板体内的电加热管组成，其特征是电加热管管体上设有多个定位柱。其中，所述的定位柱是垂直对称焊接在电加热管的管体上。
由于采用上述技术方案，定位柱是垂直对称焊接于管体上，浇铸时电加热管在模具内不会产生移动，因而具有结构简单、定位准确，铸出的电热板壁厚和电加热管分布均匀的优点。

具体实施方式：参考图1、图2。一种电热板，由铸铝板体内的电加热管1组成，电加热管1管体上设有多个定位柱2；定位柱2是垂直对称焊接在电加热管1的管体上。
