本实用新型属于机床零部件，特别是涉及一种装设在机床的框架形立柱内且与刀具箱结合在一起的螺旋伞齿轮加工机床刀具箱的液压平衡装置。
背景技术
在目前的公知技术中，螺旋伞齿轮加工机床的刀具箱，例如坐标轴式弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机刀具箱的液压平衡装置的液压油缸通常装设在机床的立柱上面，其活塞杆向下伸入到立柱内与刀具箱相连接，由于油缸较长且装设在立柱上面，因而增加了机床的高度，尤其是超大规格螺旋伞齿轮加工机床，其本身就很高，再加上配用的油缸的尺寸也较大，使得机床的高度大大增加，从而造成运输和使用的不便，增加了运输和使用的费用。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种既能给机床的的刀具箱提供平衡功能又不增加机床高度的螺旋伞齿轮加工机床刀具箱的液压平衡装置。
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是：
一种螺旋伞齿轮加工机床刀具箱的液压平衡装置，由液压油缸、连接支架、万向接头和固定端子组成，连接支架中间开有圆孔，其固定在刀具箱上面，液压油缸的活塞杆端朝上穿过刀具箱和连接支架的圆孔固定在连接支架上，固定端子固定在机床的框架形立柱的上梁上，万向接头分别与固定端子和油缸的活塞杆相连接。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是：本实用新型的液压油缸通过连接支架固定在刀具箱上，与油缸装设在机床的立柱上面相比，把活塞杆动作带动刀具箱移动变为油缸动作带动刀具箱移动，即保持了平衡刀具箱的功能又减小了机床的高度，使机床的体积减小，方便了机床的运输和使用，尤其对超大规格螺旋伞齿轮加工机床而言，大大降低了运输和使用的费用。

请参阅图1-3，螺旋伞齿轮加工机床刀具箱的液压平衡装置，由液压油缸5、连接支架4、万向接头3和固定端子2组成，在刀具箱6上开有与机床立柱1的上梁相垂直的圆孔，连接支架的中间也开有圆孔并带有连接盘，连接支架固定在刀具箱上方的圆孔处，液压油缸的活塞杆端朝上穿过刀具箱和连接支架的孔借助连接盘用螺钉固定在支架上，固定端子如图2所示固定在机床框架形上梁上的与油缸的活塞杆相对应处，万向接头分别与上方的固定端子和下方的油缸的活塞杆相连接。
本实用新型的液压油缸通过管路与机床的液压系统相连接，其工作时，活塞杆固定不动，而油缸上下动作，进而带动刀具箱移动。
