本实用新型涉及一种用于电气煅烧炉上预焙电极吊挂装置。
技术背景:
在煅烧炉生产过程中,预焙电极是消耗品。目前,预焙电极吊挂通常使用内接式连接方式。即利用电极即将耗尽时与新电极相连接的预焙电极内螺纹接头,与一个螺纹相匹配的外螺纹接头吊挂装置衔接,通过螺纹连接,将预焙电极悬吊在工作位上。其缺点是:连接螺纹会因为操作过程中引起的损坏,进而导致连接电阻过大,产生故障。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种结构简单、安装方便,不损伤预焙电极内螺纹的外夹式电极吊挂装置,以克服上述问题。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它由夹紧装置(1),电极(2),吊挂装置(3)组成,夹紧装置(1)夹持在电极(2)的上端,吊挂装置(3)与夹紧装置(1)连接。
夹紧装置(1)为两个半圆环形夹具,夹具内表面有凸纹。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,其结构为外夹式,不损伤电极结合螺纹面,便于制造加工及安装。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:将夹紧装置(1)的两个半圆环形夹具夹持住电极(2)的上端,夹具的两边用螺栓上紧,夹具内表面加工成凸纹,以增加摩擦力,确保电极生产时不滑脱。带有绝缘的吊挂装置(3)焊接在夹紧装置(1)上,吊挂装置(3)再与外部起吊装置相连即可。

1.一种电极吊挂装置,它由夹紧装置(1),电极(2),吊挂装置(3)组成,其特征在于:夹紧装置(1)夹持在电极(2)的上端,吊挂装置(3)与夹紧装置(1)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电极吊挂装置,其特征在于:夹紧装置(1)为两个半圆环形夹具,夹具内表面有凸纹。
