技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种用于电气煅烧炉上预焙电极吊挂装置。
技术背景：
在煅烧炉生产过程中，预焙电极是消耗品。目前，预焙电极吊挂通常使用内接式连接方式。即利用电极即将耗尽时与新电极相连接的预焙电极内螺纹接头，与一个螺纹相匹配的外螺纹接头吊挂装置衔接，通过螺纹连接，将预焙电极悬吊在工作位上。其缺点是：连接螺纹会因为操作过程中引起的损坏，进而导致连接电阻过大，产生故障。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种结构简单、安装方便，不损伤预焙电极内螺纹的外夹式电极吊挂装置，以克服上述问题。
本实用新型是这样构成的：它由夹紧装置(1)，电极(2)，吊挂装置(3)组成，夹紧装置(1)夹持在电极(2)的上端，吊挂装置(3)与夹紧装置(1)连接。
夹紧装置(1)为两个半圆环形夹具，夹具内表面有凸纹。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，其结构为外夹式，不损伤电极结合螺纹面，便于制造加工及安装。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型的实施例：将夹紧装置(1)的两个半圆环形夹具夹持住电极(2)的上端，夹具的两边用螺栓上紧，夹具内表面加工成凸纹，以增加摩擦力，确保电极生产时不滑脱。带有绝缘的吊挂装置(3)焊接在夹紧装置(1)上，吊挂装置(3)再与外部起吊装置相连即可。

1.一种电极吊挂装置，它由夹紧装置(1)，电极(2)，吊挂装置(3)组成，其特征在于：夹紧装置(1)夹持在电极(2)的上端，吊挂装置(3)与夹紧装置(1)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电极吊挂装置，其特征在于：夹紧装置(1)为两个半圆环形夹具，夹具内表面有凸纹。
