本实用新型公开了一种电解槽料箱排气装置,它包括电解槽料箱,下排气管,上排气管,卸料装置,在电解槽料箱上安有下排气管,上排气管与下排气管连接,上排气管装入在卸料装置内;在卸料装置中间安有隔板,把卸料装置分为进料腔、排气腔。本实用新型将卸料装置分成二腔,中间用隔板分开,一腔为进料腔,料进入进料腔后,气必须从隔板的下面返到排气腔,在上升的过程中沉积下来,而气则通过排气腔内的上排气管排走,这样很好地实行了料气分开,防止了跑料现象的发生。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种用于往电解槽加料时气料分开装置。
背景技术
目前铝厂往电解槽供料一般采用超浓箱输送,氧化铝通过风动流槽进入到电解槽内,由于风动流槽将物料送到料箱内带有大量气体,再加上电解槽下料反吹系统反吹时又带有一部分气,这些气体混合着料经常从排气管排到电解槽内,造成“跑料”,这些料从几百公斤到一吨不等,堆积在槽内,造成沉淀,使电解槽成为病槽,严重时将影响电解的正常生产。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种利于废气排出,便于物料分离,不会对电解槽生产产生不利影响的装置,以克服上述现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括电解槽料箱(1),下排气管(2),上排气管(3),卸料装置(4),在电解槽料箱(1)上安有下排气管(2),上排气管(3)与下排气管(2)连接,上排气管(3)装入在卸料装置(4)内;在卸料装置(4)中间安有隔板(5),把卸料装置(4)分为进料腔(6)、排气腔(7)。
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型将卸料装置分成二腔,中间用隔板分开,一腔为进料腔,料进入进料腔后,气必须从隔板的下面返到排气腔,在上升的过程中了沉积下来,而气则通过排气腔内的上排气管排走,这样很好地实行了料气分开,防止了跑料现象的发生。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例:如图1所示:在电解槽料箱(1)上安有下排气管(2),将上排气管(3)与下排气管(2)对接,上排气管(3)包含在卸料装置(4)内,在卸料装置(4)中间安有隔板(5),把卸料装置分为进料腔(6)、排气腔(7)。在使用时,当氧化铝通过超浓相输送风动流槽(8)进到卸料装置(4)的进料腔(6)时,由于中间有隔板(5),氧化铝和气不能直接到排气腔(6),只能往下运行,料的比重大,沉积在料箱内,气往上升到排气腔(7)内,然后通过安在排气腔(7)内的上排气管(3),在通过下排气管(2)排到电解槽(9)的收尘罩中。

1.一种电解槽料箱排气装置,它包括电解槽料箱(1),下排气管(2),上排气管(3),卸料装置(4),其特征在于:在电解槽料箱(1)上安有下排气管(2),上排气管(3)与下排气管(2)连接,上排气管(3)装入在卸料装置(4)内;在卸料装置(4)中间安有隔板(5),把卸料装置(4)分为进料腔(6)、排气腔(7)。
