背景技术
现有的粉碎机转子包括有主轴，套装在主轴上的圆盘型锤架板，锤架板之间设有隔套，锤片间隔设置在锤架板上。该种粉碎机转子的锤架板体积大，一方面耗材多，另一方面容易磨损，而且一旦锤架板发生磨损严重需要更换时，必须将整个转子卸下，操作复杂，费时费力。由于锤架板体积大，带动转子需消耗的动力大，因此，易耗电，耗材多。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种锤片粉碎机转子，可以使锤架板的体积小，转子耗电低，更换容易。
本实用新型包括锤片和主轴、所述主轴上设有若干圆盘型的的锤架板、锤架板之间设有隔套，其特征是所述锤架板外周均布有若干锤片架；所述锤片架之间设有隔套，所述锤片架一端与锤架板固定连接、另一端与锤片相连接。
由于锤片设置在锤片架上，不是直接设置在体积较大的锤架板上，因而在更换转子时，只需更换锤片架，减少了更换转子的难度，操作方便。同时锤架板体积大大减小，也减少了转子在运动过程中受到粉碎环流层物料的磨损，增加了转子的使用寿命。转子整个质量减轻，整机耗用电能也相对降低。
