Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种甘草挖掘机，包括机架、悬挂架、限深轮、切割刀架和主切割刀，其特征在于所述的主切割刀的两侧设有侧切割刀。与现有技术相比，本实用新型能够将甘草的主根和侧须根同时切断，减小工作阻力，提高工作的稳定性，如果配合“V”形刀架，还可增强整机的结构强度和翻土效果。

本实用新型涉及一种甘草挖掘机。
背景技术
甘草的市场需求量很大，但目前收获甘草主要还是依靠人工，劳动强度大，效率低，远不能适应规模化生产的需要，尤其是不能适应目前人工种植的需要。中国专利98217747.X公开了一种可以进行甘草移栽起苗和收获的机械，主要由机架、限深轮、破土刀、割刀体和割刀组成，由于其割刀设于割刀体的下部，在收获甘草时只能将底部的主根切断，而侧根和须根仍会给机械很大的工作阻力，不这可能会产缠绕在割刀体或机架上，影响作业。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种工作阻力小，能够将甘草的主根和侧须根同时切断，减少甘草根须及杂物对机械缠绕的甘草挖掘机。
本实用新型包括机架、悬挂架、限深轮、切割刀架和主切割刀，其特征在于所述的主切割刀的两侧设有侧切割刀。
上述的切割刀架最好呈“V”形，主切割刀水平设于“V”形刀架的下部，两侧切割刀片则设于“V”形架的两斜面上。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型能够将甘草的主根和侧须根同时切断，减小工作阻力，提高工作的稳定性，如果配合“V”形刀架，还可增强整机的结构强度和翻土效果。

具体实施方式

2、如权利要求1所述的甘草挖掘机，其特征在于所述的切割刀架呈“V”形，主切割刀水平设于“V”形刀架的下部，两侧切割刀片则设于“V”形架的两斜面上。
