本实用新型属于钢卷的包装用品，尤其涉及包装钢卷用的外护棱钢圈。
背景技术
外护棱钢圈是钢卷包装时使用的包装用品，包裹在钢卷两端的外侧，保护钢卷。钢卷在储运过程中，外护棱钢圈及钢卷极易受到撞击，常造成外护棱钢圈上的捆带偏移甚至脱落，致使外护棱钢圈及里面的钢卷受损。现在生产外护棱钢圈的企业常常是通过增加钢圈的厚度来增强外护棱钢圈的抗打击能力，而外护棱钢圈上周向捆带平滑偏移的问题至今尚未解决。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的外护棱钢圈，能使捆带捆扎牢固，不滑动偏移，包裹时捆带对齐操作简便，抗外界冲击力好，包裹物整体紧凑美观。
本实用新型是带径向褶皱外护棱钢圈，特点是沿外护棱钢圈周面设置二道箍状凸起，二道箍间的距离与捆带宽度相对应。包装时将捆带置于二道箍中间，有效地防止捆带的偏移、脱落。制作这种外护棱钢圈，无需增加设备或装置，只需在生产设备中的一组直角成型的辊轮圆周上的对应位置分别设置二道凹槽和凸起，生产出的钢圈上便有二道箍状凸起。与现有技术相比，其优点是构思新颖，箍状凸起结构可增加产品强度；包裹操作方便，能够限制捆带的偏移错位，更好地保护钢卷，包裹物外观整齐、美观。

具体实施方式
由附图所示可知，带径向褶皱4的外护棱钢圈1，沿外护棱钢圈1周面设二道箍状凸起，二道箍间的距离与捆带宽度相对应。包装时将捆带固定于二道箍中间，有效地防止捆带的偏移脱落。

1、一种新型外护棱钢圈，包括带径向褶皱(4)外护棱钢圈(1)，其特征在于沿外护棱钢圈(4)周面设二道箍状(2)和(3)凸起，二道箍间的距离与捆扎带宽度相对应。
