本实用新型属于烟气吸收净化装置,涉及在氨法脱硫装置中对脱硫产物进行进一步吸收处理的烟气氨法脱硫装置的氧化塔。该氧化塔包括有一个塔体,塔体底部设置有空气进口,空气进口通过空气分布器与塔体内腔连通,塔体底部还设置有脱硫副产物进口,脱硫副产物进口通过脱硫副产物分布器与塔体内腔连通,塔体的中段由下至上设置有若干层多孔板式分布器,塔体上部设置有硫铵溶液出口,塔体的顶部为空气出口。本实用新型结构简单、成本低、能够在常温常压下工作、氧化率高。

技术领域
本实用新型属于烟气吸收净化装置,涉及在氨法脱硫装置中对脱硫产物进行进一步吸收处理的烟气氨法脱硫装置的氧化塔。
背景技术
锅炉燃煤烟气中的二氧化硫是大气污染的主要根源之一,氨法脱硫利用吸收液与烟气进行反应,是目前采用的对烟气中的二氧化硫进行吸收利用较好方法。普通氨法脱硫装置的副产品主要为亚硫酸铵,一方面,亚硫酸铵不稳定会分解,易造成二次污染;另一方面,如果直接将副产品作为肥料使用,肥效太低。而硫铵是一种多用途肥料,具有很高的经济价值,其销售所得,可以抵消部分甚至全部脱硫运行成本。所以,设置氧化装置对亚铵进一步氧化既是二氧化硫固定的需要也是氨法脱硫经济性的要求。亚铵的氧化是制约氨法脱硫技术推广的主要难题之一,而现有技术大多是加压、催化氧化等成本相对较高的方法,制约了其推广。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构简单、成本低、能够在常温常压下工作、氧化率高的烟气氨法脱硫装置的氧化塔。
本实用新型的烟气氨法脱硫装置的氧化塔包括有一个塔体,塔体底部设置有空气进口,空气进口通过空气分布器与塔体内腔连通,塔体底部还设置有与前级脱硫装置连接的脱硫副产物进口,脱硫副产物进口通过脱硫副产物分布器与塔体内腔连通,塔体的中段由下至上设置有若干层多孔板式分布器,塔体上部设置有硫铵溶液出口,塔体的顶部为空气出口。
本实用新型的氧化塔结构简单、工作在常温常压下,因而设备成本较低;同时,由于将空气分布器和脱硫副产物分布器设置在塔体底部,并且在空气和脱硫副产物的上升途中设置了多层多孔板式分布器,使气泡和脱硫副产物经过多次分布,因而使得脱硫副产物能够与空气充分接触反应,因而大大提高了装置的氧化率。

具体实施方式
如图所示,该烟气氨法脱硫装置的氧化塔塔体1底部的空气进口2通过空气分布器3与塔体内腔4连通,塔体底部还设置有与前级脱硫装置连接的脱硫副产物进口5,脱硫副产物进口通过脱硫副产物分布器6与塔体内腔4连通,塔体的中段有多层多孔板式分布器7,塔体上部设置有硫铵溶液出口8,塔体的顶部为空气出口9。
本实用新型工作过程中,前级的脱硫副产物与空气一同从塔体底部进入,在进入和上升过程中经过多次分布,并充分氧化反应,反应产物则由硫铵溶液出口流出。

1、一种烟气氨法脱硫装置的氧化塔,它包括有一个塔体(1),塔体底部设置有空气进口(2),其特征是:空气进口(2)通过空气分布器(3)与塔体内腔(4)连通,塔体底部还设置有脱硫副产物进口(5),脱硫副产物进口通过脱硫副产物分布器(6)与塔体内腔连通,塔体的中段由下至上设置有若干层多孔板式分布器(7),塔体上部设置有硫铵溶液出口(8),塔体的顶部为空气出口(9)。
