Abstract

本实用新型提供一种背光模组,其包括一导光板及一光源,该导光板包括一出光面、和该出光面相对的一底面及和该底面和该出光面垂直的至少一入光面,该光源在该导光板的入光面侧,其包括一灯管和一反射罩,其中该导光板的入光面侧有沿着出光面延伸的一凸块,该凸块包括一下表面及多个侧面,该下表面和该入光面之间形成一缺口,将该灯管设置于该缺口内,其可以减小该背光模组的非发光区域宽度,使背光模组更加紧凑。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种用于液晶显示器的背光模组。
【背景技术】
液晶显示模组是一种非自发光显示装置,其显示主要藉由控制外部光源所发出光线的通过或者不通过来实现,因此需要相应的背光或者前光模组,该背光或者前光模组可将外部光源所发出的光线导向显示面板,实现显示功能。
一种现有技术背光模组如图1及图2所示,其分别是该背光模组的立体图及主视图。该背光模组1包括一导光板11及一光源13。该导光板11包括一出光面111、和该出光面111相对的一底面113及一入光面115。该光源13在该导光板11的入光面115侧,其包括一灯管131及一反射罩133。该灯管13发出的光线从该导光板11的入光面115进入导光板11内,导光板11内的光线经底面113反射后从该导光板11的出光面111射出。将灯管131和反射罩133设置在导光板11的入光面115侧,在背光模组1的发光区域长度L不变的情况下会增加该背光模组1的非发光区域的宽度L′,进尔增加该背光模组1的总宽度,使该背光模组1不够紧凑。
【实用新型内容】
为克服现有技术的北光膜组的非发光区域较宽、不够紧凑的缺点,本实用新型提供一种非发光区域较窄,结构紧凑的背光模组。
本实用新型还提供一种背光模组,其包括一导光板及一光源,该导光板包括一出光面、和该出光面相对的一底面及和该底面和该出光面垂直的至少一入光面,该光源在该导光板的入光面侧,其包括一灯管和一反射罩,其中该导光板的入光面侧有沿着出光面延伸的一凸块,该凸块包括一下表面及多个侧面,该下表面和该入光面之间形成一缺口,将该灯管置于该缺口内。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型背光模组的导光板入光面侧有沿着出光面延伸的一凸块,该凸块包括一下表面及多个侧面,该凸块的下表面和导光板的入光面之间形成一缺口,所以可将灯管设置在该凸块的下面,即在组装背光模组时将光源的灯管放入该缺口内,使灯管和该凸块的下表面相对,所以,在发光区域的宽度不变的情况下,可以减小非发光区域的宽度,使背光模组更加紧凑。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图3、图4及图5,分别是本实用新型第一实施方式背光模组的立体图、主视图及局部放大图。该背光模组3包括一导光板31及一光源33。该导光板31包括一出光面311、一底面313及至少一入光面315。该导光板31一般采用高透过率的树脂制造。该光源33位于该导光板31的入光面315侧,其包括一灯管331及一反射罩333。该导光板31的入光面315侧有沿着出光面311延伸且和入光面315等宽的一凸块35,该凸块35包括一下表面353及多个侧面355。因为设置有该凸块35,该凸块35的下表面353和该导光板31的入光面315之间可以形成一方形的缺口,所以在组装该背光模组3时可以将该光源33的灯管331放入该缺口内,使该灯管331和该凸块35的下表面353相对,在该背光模组3的发光区域长度L不变的情况下,可以减小该背光模组3的非发光区域的宽度L′。凸块35的下表面353和导光板31的底面313之间的垂直距离必须大于灯管331的直径,以确保有足够的空间安装灯管331。灯管331发出的光线从该导光板31的入光面315进入该导光板31内,经该导光板31的底面313反射从出光面311射出,最终导向设置在该导光板31的出光面311上面的扩散板和棱镜板等(图未示)。
众所周知,光线和入光面315垂直时进入导光板31内的光线最多,为使灯管331的光线顺利进入导光板31内,在该凸块35的下表面353和该导光板31的入光面315结邻处设置导角,使该灯管331的光线和入光面315基本垂直,一般该导角的半径稍大于灯管331的半径。除此的外,在该凸块35的任意两个面结邻处均可设置导角,如二侧面355之间、侧面355和下表面353之间均可以设置不同半径的导角,其可以防止在射出成型导光板31时在垂直角落部分产生应力集中的现象,进而提高导光板31的品质。
请参阅图6、图7及图8,分别是本实用新型第二实施方式背光模组的立体图、主视图及局部放大图。该背光模组5包括一导光板51及一光源53,该导光板51包括一出光面511、一底面513及一入光面515组成。该光源53在该导光板51的入光面515侧,其包括一灯管531及反射罩533。其不同点在于,该导光板51的入光面515侧有和入光面515等宽的一凸块55,该凸块55包括一上表面551、一下表面553及多个侧面555。该下表面553和该入光面515之间形成一缺口,该缺口用于安装灯管531,使灯管531和该凸块55的下表面553相对,其可减小该背光模组5的非发光区域宽度,使背光模组更加紧凑。该导光板51入光面和该下表面之间形成一方形缺口,即该凸块55的下表面553和该导光板51的底面513之间有台阶,其用于组装灯管531。其在该背光模组5的发光区域长度L不变的情况下,可以减小该背光模组5的非发光区域的宽度L′,使该背光模组5的总宽度减小,进而使该背光模组更加紧凑。
同理,该凸块55的上表面551和该导光板51的入光面515之间形成一缺口,即凸块55的上表面551和该导光板51的出光面511之间有台阶,该缺口用于安装反射罩533,其可减小该背光模组5的厚度,使该背光模组5更加紧凑。
为使灯管531的光线顺利进入导光板51内,在该凸块55的下表面553和该导光板51的入光面515结邻处设置导角。除此的外,在该凸块55的两个面结邻处均可设置导角,如两个侧面555之间、侧面555和下表面553之间均可以设置不同半径的导角,以防止在射出成型导光板51时在垂直角落部分产生应力集中的现象,以此提高导光板51的品质。

Claims (8)

1.一种背光模组,其包括一导光板及一光源;该导光板包括一出光面、一底面及一入光面,该光源包括一灯管及一反射罩,该光源位于该导光板的入光面侧,该反射罩位于该灯管的外侧,其特征在于:该导光板的入光面侧有沿着出光面延伸的一凸块,该凸块包括一下表面及多个侧面,该下表面和该入光面之间形成一缺口,该灯管设置于该缺口内。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该凸块的下表面和导光板底面之间的垂直距离大于灯管直径。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该凸块的下表面和该导光板入光面结邻处设有导角。
4.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该导角的半径大于该灯管的半径。
5.如权利要求1至4中任意1项所述的背光模组,其特征在于:凸块各个表面的结邻处设有导角。
6.如权利要求1至4中任意1项所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该凸块包括一上表面,一下表面及多个侧面,该上表面和该入光面之间形成一缺口,该反射罩设置于该缺口内。
7.如权利要求1至4中任意1项所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该凸块的宽度和该入光面宽度相同。
8.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:该导光板是用高透过率的树脂制造。
