本实用新型涉及一种沼气生产用仿生填料。由聚氯乙烯树脂,碳、铁、磷、钾矿物质,钠、锌、镍、钴、钼、锰微量元素,发泡剂,增塑剂,稳定剂组成的原料,经搅拌、混合、冷却加入双螺杆聚氯乙烯发泡管挤出机挤出,冷却成表面布满微孔的空心管型填料,或单螺杆聚氯乙烯发泡颗粒挤出机挤出,冷却成表面布满微孔的圆球型颗粒填料。该填料在沼气生产中将发酵容器排料带走的微生物吸附、滞留在填料中同时传质给进料,提高了沼气生产的分解反应效率。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气生产用填料。
背景技术
在沼气生产中,通常将原料(垃圾中有机物)投入发酵容器,由甲烷菌把有机物分解成CH4、CO2、H2称沼气。由于发酵容器流失微生物,分解反应效率低,影响了沼气的生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种沼气生产用仿生填料。该填料在沼气生产中将发酵容器排料带走的微生物吸附、滞留在填料中同时传质给进料,提高了沼气生产的分解反应效率。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:由聚氯乙烯树脂,碳、铁、磷、钾、陶土矿物质,钠、锌、镍、钴、钼、锰微量元素,发泡剂,增塑剂,稳定剂组成的原料,经搅拌、混合、冷却加入双螺杆聚氯乙烯发泡管挤出机挤出,冷却成表面布满微孔的空心管型填料图1,或单螺杆聚氯乙烯发泡颗粒挤出机挤出,冷却成表面布满微孔的圆球型空心颗粒填料图2。
本实用新型的有益效果是,该填料在沼气生产中互相配合将发酵容器排料带走的微生物吸附、滞留在填料中同时传质给进料,提高了沼气生产的分解反应效率。

具体实施方式
在图1中,管型填料由空心上下口径一致的圆柱体构成,表面布满微孔。
在图2中,球型填料由空心圆球体构成,表面布满微孔。
实施例1,沼气生产用仿生填料主要技术参数设计如下:
管型填料:直径20mm(内径)-200mm(内径)、长度1M-10M、壁厚3mm-10mm、表面布满直径1mm-3mm微孔。
颗粒型填料:直径(外径)5mm-50mm(内径)3mm-40mm、表面布满直径1mm-3mm微孔。
比表面积500M2-1000M2/M3、空隙率40%-90%、膜厚0.2mm、生物量10g-30g/L。
