Abstract

一种有六个工作位置和四个通水口的太阳能热水器全功能阀门。在四通阀体内装有圆柱形阀芯，阀体上的定位螺钉安装在阀芯上的环形槽中使阀芯轴向定位。阀芯外圆上有半圈沟槽，沟槽外有网状密封槽并安有橡胶密封圈，转动阀芯时，沟槽与阀体上的通水孔依次接通或闭合，可达到在与太阳能热水器配套使用时实现关闭、上水、放水、淋浴、兑水、凉水浴等方式。

本实用新型涉及一种自来水水流控制装置，尤其是有六个工作位置和四个通水口的太阳能热水器阀门。
背景技术
现有的几种自来水阀门都是由阀体，阀芯等构成的，有一个进水口，一个出水口。在与太阳能热水器配套使用时，关闭、上水、放水、淋浴、兑水、凉水浴等方式，是用多个阀门组成的管网来完成的。安装，使用比较麻烦。
发明内容
为了减少现有太阳能热水器使用时阀门多的现状，本实用新型提供一种阀门，一个该阀门可取代现有的多个阀门在太阳能热水器上的使用。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在四通阀体内装有圆柱形阀芯，阀体上的定位螺钉安装在阀芯上的环形槽中使阀芯轴向定位。阀芯外圆上有半圈沟槽，沟槽外有网状密封槽并安有橡胶密封圈，转动阀芯时，沟槽与阀体上的通水孔依次接通或闭合，可达到使用太阳能热水器时的多项目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是，在安装和使用太阳能热水器时可以减少阀门数量，结构简单，安装和使用方便。

具体实施方式
在图1中，在四通阀体(1)内装有圆柱形阀芯(2)，阀体(1)上的定位螺钉(3)安装在阀芯(2)上的环形槽中使阀芯轴向定位。阀芯(2)外圆上有半圈沟槽，沟槽外有网状密封槽并安有橡胶密封圈(4)，转动阀芯(2)时，沟槽与阀体(1)上的通水孔依次接通或闭合，可达到使用太阳能热水器时的多项目的。
在图2所示的实施例中，转动阀芯(2)，阀芯(2)上的沟槽可分别与阀体(1)上(I)和(II)孔连接，(I)、(II)和(III)孔连接，(II)和(III)孔连接，(III)和(IV)孔连接，(I)、(III)和(IV)孔连接，(I)和(IV)孔连接等多个位置。

1.一种太阳能热水器全功能阀门，在四通状的阀体里配有圆柱形阀芯，阀体上的螺钉伸入到阀芯的环形槽中，其特征是：阀芯上有沟槽，沟槽与阀体的通水孔相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热水器全功能阀门，其特征是：在阀芯外围布有网状密封槽，密封槽内有密封圈。
