本实用新型涉及一种用于供水管路上的的新型双蝶式岔阀,岔阀阀体有一个进口及两个方向的出口组成,两个出口对称布置,岔阀由内有两片蝶片,通过旋转蝶片,可使其中一个出口处于联通状态而另外一个出口出于关闭状态,从而实现水流方向的切换。本实用新型由于采用上述结构,可以通过旋转蝶片来改变水流方向,用这种新型岔阀,可以取代供水系统中的岔管及多个阀门的作用,而且流态更为平顺,达到减少水力损失保护管道的作用。

本实用新型涉及一种新型双蝶式岔阀。 
背景技术
供水系统及管线上,拥有大量的岔管及岔管配套的阀门,通过阀门的切换,可实现水泵的切换及管路的切换,从而保障供水系统的安全灵活运行。切换流向通常需要一个岔管及多个阀门,占地大,操作复杂,且岔管处流态较差,大大增加了管路损失及水泵电能消耗。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种新型双蝶片式岔阀,通过旋转蝶片来启闭出口,达到切换流向的作用。 
本实用新型提供的技术方案是:在岔体内安装两个蝶片,可以在关闭一个出口的同时联通另外一个出口,从而实现进口到出口的平顺连接,减小水力损失。 
岔阀体拥有一个进口两个出口,两个出口对称布置,与进口夹角相同,两个出口间夹角α为60至180度。进口出口可以互换。 
上述蝶片为流线型设计,两片对称分布于岔阀体内部,大蝶片与出口直径相同,通过传动装置旋转,旋转到任一出口时可封闭出口;小蝶片呈流线形,与大蝶片相对,起平顺流道减少损失作用;通过旋转蝶片,可实现任意一出口联通,而另外一出口关闭的作用。 
本实用新型由于采用上述结构,可以简化替代岔管及相关阀门布置,使得管路系统中水力损失减小达到保护管路节约电能作用。

参见图1,本实用新型将大蝶片②及小蝶片③对称布置,A为进口,B、C为出口,两个蝶片安装于岔阀体①内。

1.一种双蝶式岔阀,其特征是:岔阀体拥有一个进口两个出口,拥有两个蝶片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双蝶式岔阀,其特征是:两个出口对称布置,与进口夹角相同,两个出口间夹角α为60至180度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双蝶式岔阀,其特征是:岔阀体内共有两个蝶片,一大一小;大蝶片与出口等径,旋转到出口时可关闭出口;小蝶片呈流线形,与大蝶片相对,起平顺流道减少损失作用;通过旋转蝶片,可实现任意一出口联通,而另外一出口关闭的作用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双蝶式岔阀,其特征是:进口出口可以互换,也可以是两个进口一个出口。
