背景技术
现有的管道通常有金属的和塑料的。金属管道尤其是用于野外使用的铸铁管，其刚性上虽然较好，但脆性大，极易在碰撞后碎裂，且无论是置于露天还是埋在地下，都很快容易产生锈蚀氧化，且不耐酸碱，严重影响管道的使用寿命。而全部采用不锈钢材料来作为管道，其成本又过分高昂，实用价值不高；塑料管虽然具有耐酸碱和耐锈蚀性，但其强度较低，抗压性差，根本无法适用于大规模、长距离输送管材的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的正是克服上述现有技术的不足而提供一种既耐酸碱、防锈蚀，抗压强度又高、结构预应力好的复合耐腐抗压塑钢管。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
本塑钢管由钢皮、塑料、钢筋组合而成，其结构为，卷成筒体的钢皮设有规则的凹凸压型，钢筋沿钢皮筒体横向上有间距地逐段捆扎在钢皮筒体上，塑料沿钢皮筒体轴向填充在其凹凸处，并从内外包裹住筒体。
本实用新型耐酸碱、防锈蚀，抗压强度高、结构预应力好，制作成本低。
下面结合说明书附图及实施例进一步阐述本实用新型的内容。

具体实施方式
首先，将厚度为1.5毫米的钢皮1经过模压机压成凹凸型为梯形的压型4形状，如图1所示；再将其卷成圆管状，如图1所示，所卷成的圆管的直径为200毫米。在充塑前，先将直径为1毫米的钢筋3沿钢皮筒体横向上每隔50毫米捆扎一圈，直至沿管子长度捆扎完。塑钢管的成型方法为将塑料2的粉状体例如无毒无味的PC塑料粉，采用内模和外模结合通过共挤技术将塑料2挤压靠模到钢皮筒体的凹凸处内，并从内外包裹住筒体，包裹筒体内外的厚度为4毫米，最终形成塑钢管。

1、复合耐腐抗压塑钢管，其特征是，塑钢管由钢皮(1)、塑料(2)、钢筋(3)组合而成，其结构为，卷成筒体的钢皮(1)设有规则的凹凸压型(4)，钢筋(3)沿钢皮筒体横向上有间距地逐段捆扎在钢皮筒体上，塑料(2)沿钢皮筒体轴向填充在其凹凸处，并从内外包裹住筒体。
