目前在冶金、矿山、水泥厂、电厂、选矿等部门管道上所使用的管材都是单层的金属管材,如铸铁管材,非常笨重,不耐磨、不导磁,尤其是矿山选矿管材消耗量很大,更换频繁且不方便,影响生产和作业。

一种高密度聚乙烯复合管材,包括聚氨酯内层,所述聚氨酯内层的外壁上设有铁粉与石英砂混合物中间层,中间层的外壁上设有高密度聚乙烯外层。
