Abstract

一种射灯包装手提箱，包括前壳、后壳，其中所述的前壳为平面状，其上有一射灯状通腔，上端为弧形，近上端处设置有一前通孔；与前壳铰接的后壳上向外凸设有射灯状后腔、变压器腔、点烟器腔以及容物腔，后壳上端为弧形，近上端处配合前壳上通孔对称设置有一后通孔；在前壳、后壳之间设置有一板状透明罩，该透明罩上向外凸设的射灯状前腔穿出前壳通腔后凸出于前壳表面，从而射灯携带方便，还可以存放变压器等必备物品，同时还可以保护射灯安全。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种包装箱，尤其是一种射灯包装手提箱。
背景技术
射灯主要用在没有直接电源的场所，如汽车上，经常配备的还有变压器，另外在汽车上还经常会用到点烟器，有时还会有一些常备的生活物品，现有技术下，射灯一般是单独存放，而变压器以及点烟器等也是单独存放，车内空间有限，当较为零乱或者是东西较多时不容易找寻，另外对于射灯携带不便，且在行驶过程中，由于射灯本身不规则所以容易在车内滚动，甚至发生撞击破坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术的不足提供一种可以存放射灯、变压器、点烟器等的射灯包装手提箱。
本实用新型可以通过以下技术方案实现：
该射灯包装手提箱，包括前壳、后壳，所述的前壳为平面状，其上有一射灯状通腔，上端为弧形，近上端处设置有一前通孔；与前壳铰接的后壳上向外凸设有射灯状后腔、变压器腔、点烟器腔以及容物腔，后壳上端为弧形，近上端处配合前壳上通孔对称设置有一后通孔：在前壳、后壳之间设置有一板状透明罩，该透明罩上向外凸设的射灯状前腔穿出前壳通腔后凸出于前壳表面。
所述的合页设置于前、后壳下端。
所述的合页设置于前、后壳侧面。
所述的变压器腔、点烟器腔、容物腔截面为矩形，与射灯状后腔高度一致。
所述的容物腔截面为梯形。
所述的前通孔壁凸出于前壳背面，且该壁上端面上间距设置有前凸台，对应后通孔壁凸设于后壳背面的一空腔中，且该壁上端面上对应前凸台设置有间距的后凸台。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1.射灯携带方便；
2.可以存放变压器、点烟器等车内必备物品；
3.使射灯在车内不受撞击，保护射灯安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型射灯包装手提箱作出进一步的说明。如图1、图2所示，本实用新型射灯包装手提箱包括前壳1、后壳2，所述的前壳1为平面状，其上有一射灯状通腔12，上端为弧形，近上端处设置有一前通孔14；与前壳1通过合页3连接的后壳2上向外凸设有射灯状后腔20、变压器腔22、点烟器腔24以及容物腔26，后壳2上端为弧形，近上端处配合前壳1上通孔14对称设置有一后通孔28；在前壳1、后壳2之间设置有一板状透明罩4，该透明罩4上向外凸设的射灯状前腔42穿出前壳通腔12后凸出于前壳1表面；其中所述的合页3设置于前壳1和后壳2下端；所述的变压器腔22、点烟器腔24截面为矩形，容物腔26截面为梯形，与射灯状后腔高一致，从而可以让射灯包装手提箱平放于车内不会滚动；另所述的前通孔14壁凸出于前壳1背面，且该壁上端面上间距设置有前凸台142，对应后通孔28壁凸设于后壳2背面的一空腔29中，且该壁上端面上对应前凸台142设置有间距的后凸台282。安装时，前壳1和前壳2通过合页3活动连接，而后将射灯5放置于后壳2的后腔20中，而后将透明罩4放置于射灯5上，射灯状前腔42穿出前壳通腔12后凸出于前壳1表面，因为所述的前通孔14壁凸出于前壳1背面，且该壁上端面上间距设置有前凸台142，对应后通孔28壁凸设于后壳2背面的一空腔29中，且该壁上端面上对应前凸台142设置有间距的后凸台282，闭合后，前、后凸台142、282相互配合于前端稍有卡合达成扣定，前通孔14和后通孔28扣合后，可以将手插进去，用作手提，在这过程中还可以将变压器6放置于变压器腔22中，点烟器7放置于点烟器腔24中，其它日常生活用品还可以放置于容物腔26中。综上所述，从而该射灯携带方便；还可以存放变压器、点烟器等车内必备物品；同时使射灯在车内不受撞击，保护射灯安全。

1.一种射灯包装手提箱，包括前壳、后壳，其特征在于：所述的前壳为平面状，其上有一射灯状通腔，上端为弧形，近上端处设置有一前通孔；与前壳铰接的后壳上向外凸设有射灯状后腔、变压器腔、点烟器腔以及容物腔，后壳上端为弧形，近上端处配合前壳上通孔对称设置有一后通孔；在前壳、后壳之间设置有一板状透明罩，该透明罩上向外凸设的射灯状前腔穿出前壳通腔后凸出于前壳表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的射灯包装手提箱，其特征在于：所述的前壳和后壳的铰接通过一合页实现。
3.如权利要求2所述的射灯包装手提箱，其特征在于：所述的合页设置于前、后壳下端。
4.如权利要求2所述的射灯包装手提箱，其特征在于：所述的合页设置于前、后壳侧面。
5.如权利要求1至4任一所述的射灯包装手提箱，其特征在于：所述的变压器腔、点烟器腔、容物腔截面为矩形，与射灯状后腔高度一致。
6.如权利要求5所述的射灯包装手提箱，其特征在于：所述的容物腔截面为梯形。
7.如权利要求1至4任一所述的射灯包装手提箱，其特征在于：所述的前通孔壁凸出于前壳背面，且该壁上端面上间距设置有前凸台，对应后通孔壁凸设于后壳背面的一空腔中，且该壁上端面上对应前凸台设置有间距的后凸台。
