通常的柴油机在低速时烟度和油耗较高,涡流保持率不稳定,柴油机着火滞燃期较长,在柴油机的动力性、经济性、烟度等综合指标均有待改善。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于通过对柴油机结构改进,使柴油机在动力性、经济性、烟度等综合指标均有改善。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种适用于缸径Φ120mm、行程120mm柴油机的柴油机燃烧室,燃烧室直径A为Φ68.5~71mm,喉口直径B为Φ60~62.5mm,燃烧室深度C为21~23.5mm,凸台深度D为10~14mm,凸台直径E为Φ10~12mm,喉口圆角半径F为0.5~1.5mm,凸台倾斜角G为120°~1 35°,底部圆角半径H为7~10mm。
为了使柴油机在动力性、经济性、烟度等指标达到最佳的结合点,建议本实用新型的柴油机燃烧室各结构尺寸为:烧室直径A为Φ70mm,喉口直径B为Φ61mm,燃烧室深度C为22mm,凸台深度D为12mm,凸台直径E为Φ12mm,喉口圆角半径F为1.5mm,凸台倾斜角G为120°,底部圆角半径H为9.5mm。
本实用新型的优点在于:
1.有效控制了缩口率,降低了柴油机在低速区的烟度及油耗;
2.增强了涡流保持率,降低对进气涡流的要求,促进油气的混合,提高了发动机的功率;
3.通过缩口挤流及凸台的扰流控制,减小了柴油机着火滞燃期,从而柴油机供油角大大减小,改善了柴油机的排放,降低了柴油机最高爆发压力。

本实用新型的目的在于通过对柴油机燃烧室结构改进,使柴油机在动力性、经济性、烟度等综合指标均有改善。

1.一种柴油机燃烧室,其特征是:燃烧室直径A为Φ68.5~71mm,喉口直径B为Φ60~62.5mm,燃烧室深度C为21~23.5mm,凸台深度D为10~14mm,凸台直径E为Φ10~12mm,喉口圆角半径F为0.5~1.5mm,凸台倾斜角G为120°~135°,底部圆角半径H为7~10mm。
