技术领域
本实用新型涉及电力变压器的结构,具体是一种液浸变压器箔式绕组。
背景技术
传统的变压器线圈,一般以铜导线作为导体。对于低压大电流线圈,其匝数少,导线并绕根数多,造成圆筒式线圈的填充系数差;另外其绕制过程换位繁琐,工艺复杂,生产效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构紧凑、体积小、绕制方便的液浸变压器箔式绕组。
本实用新型液浸变压器箔式绕组的铜导体为整张铜箔,铜箔的宽度与线圈高度相当,铜箔卷绕成圆筒状多层结构,铜箔的始端和末端焊接在线圈出线铜排上,各层铜箔之间同时卷绕有绝缘层,并且每隔若干层铜箔间隔设置有绝缘支撑体。
本实用新型由于用整张铜箔代替传统的导线作为铜导体,其结构紧凑、体积小;同时线圈可以在卷箔设备上与层绝缘一同快速卷制,每一层为一匝,绕制工艺简单,生产效率高。

具体实施方式
如图所示,该液浸变压器箔式绕组以整张铜箔1作为铜导体,铜箔的宽度与线圈高度相当,铜箔卷绕成圆筒状多层结构,铜箔的始端和末端焊接在线圈出线铜排2上,各层铜箔之间同时卷绕有绝缘层,每隔若干层铜箔间隔设置有绝缘支撑体3,从而在线圈中形成油道4,以利于散热。

1、一种液浸变压器箔式绕组,其特征是:其铜导体为整张铜箔(1),铜箔的宽度与线圈高度相当,铜箔卷绕成圆筒状多层结构,铜箔的始端和末端焊接在线圈出线铜排(2)上,各层铜箔之间同时卷绕有绝缘层,并且每隔若干层铜箔间隔设置有绝缘支撑体(3)。
