Abstract
一种灵活排线接插装置,包括排线固定板、导电针或导电刀片、机座。所述排线定位板一端铰接在机座上,其上设有一扁平缝,扁平缝内均布有若干供排线插入的导向槽,排线定位板上至少设有一排与扁平缝轴线垂直且与扁平缝一一对应的通孔,导电针或导电刀片固装在机座上,一端固定在电路板上,另一端与排线定位板上的通孔对应。本实用新型结构简单、性能稳定可靠、使用方便、排线线芯数任意可变,适于使用在排线芯数不确定的或短时间一次性使用排线的特殊环境作为接插件。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种导线接插装置,特指系一种灵活的排线接插装置。
背景技术
排线是指二根或二根以上带有绝缘胶皮的导线平行粘接为一排,其间距相同,多用于两种电子设备之间的并行数据传输。其功能特征决定其使用环境的单一性与稳定性,即很难出现频繁接插的现象,因而目前市场上标准的排线接插件适用于该种使用环境。然而对于以下特殊的排线使用环境,标准的接插件将不再适用。标准接插件规格固定且须一一对应,对于排线线芯数任意可变的需求则无法适用;如排线为短时间一次性使用品,排线插头将不得不随着排线使用一次便废弃,导致成本升高、资源浪费;标准接插件在受到外力的情况下易松脱,导致可靠性下降。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之不足而提供一种结构简单、性能稳定可靠、使用方便、排线线芯数任意可变的灵活排线接插装置。
本实用新型是采用下述方案实现的,它有一排线固定板、一组导电针或导电刀片、一个机座组成。所述排线固定板一端铰接在机座上,其上设有一扁平缝,扁平缝内均布有若干相互平行的导向槽,排线可沿导向槽插入扁平缝中,且由导向槽径向定位,排线定位板上至少设有一排与扁平缝轴线垂直且与扁平缝一一对应的通孔,导电针或导电刀片固装在机座上,一端焊接固定在电路板上,另一端与排线定位板上的通孔对应。
当使用本实用新型时,将排线定位板旋转,使其与导电针分离,然后将排线沿导向槽插入,再将排线定位板压下,使导电针或刀片分别刺破对应排线中的某根导线,与导线中的导体部分接触导通。使用结束后,将排线定位板抬起,使排线与导电针或刀片分离,然后将排线抽出即可。
本实用新型由于采用上述结构,成功解决了特殊排线使用环境下,标准排线接插件所不能解决的问题。第一,任意等于或少于导向槽数量的排线均可有效地接插到电路板上;第二,排线上不需要任何接插部件,所有接插功能部件均集中到须多次使用的设备上,有利于降低成本,避免资源浪费;第三,由于排线是被多根导电针或刀片垂直刺破,因而在排线定位手柄未将排线与导电针分离之前,不会出现松脱现象,可靠性大大提高。特别是对于短时间一次性使用的排线产品,以及使用排线芯数不确定的特殊环境,可大大降低使用成本,操作灵活方便,可靠性高。纵上所述,本实用新型结构简单、性能稳定可靠、使用方便、排线线芯数任意可变,适于使用在排线芯数不确定的或短时间一次性使用排线的特殊环境作为接插件。

参见附图1、2,本实用新型包括排线固定板1、导电针或导电刀片2、机座3,所述排线定位板1一端铰接在机座3上,其上设有一扁平缝4,扁平缝4内均布有若干相互平行的导向槽5,排线6沿导向槽5插入扁平缝4中,且由导向槽5径向定位,排线定位板1上至少设有一排与扁平缝4轴线垂直且与扁平缝4一一对应的通孔7,导电针或导电刀片2固装在机座3上,一端焊接固定在电路板8上,另一端与排线定位板1上的通孔7对应。

- 一种灵活排线接插装置,包括一排线固定板、一组导电针或导电刀片、一个机座,所述排线定位板一端铰接在机座上,其特征在于:排线定位板上设有一扁平缝,扁平缝内均布有若干相互平行的导向槽,排线可沿导向槽插入扁平缝中并由导向槽径向定位,排线定位板上至少设有一排与扁平缝轴线垂直且与扁平缝一一对应的通孔,导电针或导电刀片固装在机座上,一端焊接固定在电路板上,另一端与排线定位板上的通孔对应。
