本实用新型提供一种操作便利、安全、高效模板支撑柱的调节装置。由连接管、调节螺母、手柄、插销构成。连接管制有外螺纹，与调节螺母配合，还制有纵向对称的两段通槽供插销穿过。连接管的一侧设有凸肩。转动调节螺母，可使上段支撑柱上下移动，从而达到调节整根支撑柱的高度。操作时，人不必爬到顶端操作，安全、高效、便利。本装置可用于各种角度方向的支撑柱长短调节。

本实用新型涉及建筑施工中模板支撑柱的长短调节技术领域。
背景技术
建筑施工中必须用支撑柱支撑模板，浇灌水泥，模板安装要保证到位，这就要求众多支撑柱都能较精确地调节长短。如：现在施工中调节高度是采用在支撑柱的顶部装螺母，通过该螺母转动来调节。经常要花大量时间来转螺母，还要爬到高处操作，很麻烦，又不安全。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作便利、安全、高效模板支撑柱的调节装置。
其目的由下述技术方案来实现，该调节装置由连接管、调节螺母、手柄、插销构成。连接管制有外螺纹，与调节螺母配合，还制有纵向对称的两段通槽供插销穿过。连接管的一侧设有凸肩。
如调节高度使用时，下段支柱(一般都是管子)，套在连接管一端，采用焊接或可拆连接(如嵌入式、螺纹式等)，上段支柱嵌入连接管内，因上段支柱都开有间隔的插销孔，可通过插销与连接管连接，插销两端压在调节螺母上，调节螺母又与连接管螺纹相连，所以转动调节螺母，可使上段支撑柱上下移动，从而达到调节整根支撑柱的高度。操作时，人不必爬到顶端操作，安全、高效、便利。本装置可用于各种角度方向的支撑柱长短调节。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型由连接管1、调节螺母2、手柄3、插销4构成，调节螺母与连接管为螺纹连接，插销可穿过连接管对称两侧的通槽5，连接管下侧制有凸肩。
工作原理已如前叙，此不赘述。
