Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种在变电站无功自动补偿装置中,尤其用于电容器组频繁投切的模块式高压真空开关。由高压绝缘板、真空灭弧室、绝缘构件、连接母线、操作机构等构成。合闸时由永磁电机带动,合闸凸轮转动给合闸弹簧储能,当凸轮转动转过死点,利用合闸的拉力带动凸轮迅速转动,通过凸轮撞击合闸撞块实现合闸。与此同时合闸定位臂在扭子弹簧作用力下实现锁定合闸拐臂合闸,完成跳闸是利用电磁线圈的磁场效应。跳闸时跳闸线圈接通电源,铁芯在磁场的作用下,向上撞击合闸定位臂使合闸拐臂脱扣实现跳闸。

本实用新型涉及一种在变电站无功自动补偿装置中,尤其用于电容器组频繁投切的模块式高压真空开关。
背景技术
在以往的变电站无功补偿系统中,采用的无功补偿方式是由一个开关柜控制全部的电容器组的投切,或采用多个开关柜来分组投切电容器组。以上方式存在着电容器组不能根据无功需求量的实际情况灵活投切电容器组,从而造成无功欠补和过补,对电网系统造成不必要的损失且影响供电设备的安全运行。多个高压开关柜来实现分组投切电容器,在变电站设计和安装中会带来设计复杂,占用空间大等一系列问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有变电站无功补偿系统中固定补偿和多个开关柜分组补偿存在的欠补、过补和设计安装繁琐的不足,本实用新型提供一种模块式高压开关,该模块式高压真空开关,可实现频繁投切电容器组,体积小、占用空间小,可实现一面普通开关柜内装五组及一下的任意配置。
本实用新型解决其技术所采用的技术方案:由如下部件构成高压绝缘板、真空灭弧室、绝缘构件等。合闸时由永磁电机带动,合闸凸轮转动给合闸弹簧储能,当凸轮转动转过死点,利用合闸的拉力带动凸轮迅速转动,通过凸轮撞击合闸撞块实现合闸。与此同时合闸定位臂在扭子弹簧作用力下实现锁定合闸拐臂合闸,完成跳闸是利用电磁线圈的磁场效应。跳闸时跳闸线圈接通电源,铁芯在磁场的作用下,向上撞击合闸定位臂使合闸拐臂脱扣实现跳闸。
本实用新型的有益效果是整个模块式高压真空开关结构简单,能够频繁操作,体积小,能够多组组合。

具体实施方式
在图1中,出线电缆(1)用铜螺栓(2)紧固在真空灭弧室导电杆(14)上,真空灭弧室(5)用紧定螺帽(15)固定在高压绝缘板(3)上,绝缘支撑杆(4)连接在高压绝缘板(3)与大框架(8)之间使带电体与框架可靠绝缘,软连接母线(16)用连接螺杆(6)固定在动触头上,锁定螺帽(17)锁紧连接螺杆(6)与操作绝缘子(7)大框架(8)上部安装轴承座(19)左右各一块中间支撑合闸拐臂轴(9)小框架(13)安装有分闸线圈(11)合闸定位臂(10)扭子簧(26)合闸凸轮(22)组,合闸弹簧(24)及合闸电机(21)。

图3是图1的A-A剖视图,在分闸状态下为实线所示状态。合闸过程合闸电机(21)逆时针转动带动合闸凸轮(22)当拉动合闸弹簧(24)转到至高点过死点,合闸弹簧(24)释放能量迅速撞击合闸撞块(20)至虚线示意位置,此时,图2中合闸定位臂(10)在图1扭子簧(27)作用下合闸完成。

Claims (3)

1.一种模块式高压真空开关,由高压绝缘板、真空灭弧室、绝缘构件绝缘支撑杆、操作绝缘子、连接母线、出线电缆、凸轮式合闸、电磁式跳闸机构构成,其特征是:真空灭弧室有两个紧定螺帽固定在大框架上,真空灭弧室动触头连杆与操作绝缘子连接,连接母线固定在中间,操作绝缘子下端连在合闸拐臂上,通过操作机构分合闸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模块式高压真空开关,出线电缆固定在真空触头导电杆上,其特征是:出线电缆头用螺栓直接紧固在导电杆中间丝孔内。
3.根据权利要求1模块式高压真空开关所述,合闸操作机构,其特征是:通过电机带动合闸凸轮,拉动储能弹簧,待转过死点凸轮在弹簧力的作用下迅速将合闸拐臂顶起。
