本实用新型公开了一种直冷式发酵罐冷却排管,主要结构特征是压缩机通过高压汽体管路依次连接冷凝器、低压循环桶,低压循环桶再由泵通过低压汽体管路连接冷却排管,冷却排管呈螺旋状盘在发酵罐体外形成单路通道通入低压循环桶内,低压循环桶再通过回汽管路连通压缩机,形成循环通路。本直冷式发酵罐冷却排管应用在啤酒,饮料等发酵罐上,对罐内介质进行冷却。与目前使用的夹套式间接制冷装置比较,本直冷式发酵罐冷却排管有容易加工、制造成本低、操作方便简单、温度易控制等优点。

本实用新型涉及一种冷却排管,特别指应用于啤酒,饮料等行业发酵罐的直冷式发酵罐冷却排管。
背景技术
目前,在啤酒,饮料等行业中发酵罐的冷却方式为间接二次冷却,由制冷设备给载冷剂蓄冷,再由泵把载冷剂输入到冷却夹套内与容器内介质进行热交换,再回流到载冷剂水箱内,以循环达到冷却目的。这种冷却方式所用设备复杂、操作不便、冷却效率较低。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种直冷式发酵罐冷却排管。这种直冷式发酵罐冷却排管专用于啤酒,饮料等行业发酵罐的冷却。
本实用新型要解决的技术问题由如下方案来实现:直冷式发酵罐冷却排管,包括压缩机、冷凝器、泵、发酵罐,其特征是:压缩机通过高压汽体管路依次连接冷凝器、低压循环桶,低压循环桶再由泵通过低压汽体管路连接冷却排管,冷却排管呈螺旋状盘在发酵罐体外形成单路通道通入低压循环桶内,低压循环桶再通过回汽管路连通压缩机,形成循环通路。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,由压缩机1排出的高压高温汽体,通过高压汽体管路9依次连接冷凝器2、低压循环桶3。经冷凝器2冷凝下来的高压液体供给低压循环桶3,变成低压低温液体。由泵4通过低压汽体管路10将低压低温液体输入冷却排管5与发酵罐6内介质进行热交换。冷却排管5内制冷剂吸热汽化,变成低压汽体,回流到低压循环桶3内进行汽液分离。分离的液滴沉降在低压循环桶3内,由泵4输出;分离的汽体通过回汽管路8由压缩机1吸入,压缩成高温高压汽体。这样,循环在密闭系统内来达到制冷的目的。冷却排管5由无缝钢管制成。如图1所示,高压汽体管路9、低压汽体管路10和回汽管路8都装有控制阀门7。

1、直冷式发酵罐冷却排管,包括压缩机、冷凝器、泵、发酵罐,其特征是:压缩机通过高压汽体管路依次连接冷凝器、低压循环桶,低压循环桶再由泵通过低压汽体管路连接冷却排管,冷却排管呈螺旋状盘在发酵罐体外形成单路通道通入低压循环桶内,低压循环桶再通过回汽管路连通压缩机,形成循环通路。
