本实用新型涉及一种从一燃料箱向一个内燃机的喷射系统输送燃料的电动燃油叶轮泵,尤其涉及一种电动燃油叶轮泵叶轮。
                       背景技术
目前,电动燃油叶轮泵的叶轮呈圆板状并沿外周缘部具有叶片部,与本实用新型较为接近的现有技术为授权公告号为CN1356477A,专利号为ZL01136996.5,名称为《一种电动燃料泵的端面流通式叶轮》的实用新型专利;它公开了以下技术特征:该叶轮具有外圆和内圆,外圆和内圆之间设置具有斜度的叶片,并构成一个后斜度角,叶片的斜度角在叶轮的正反面相互对称,在内圆中心的安装孔周围设有润滑孔。从上可看出,现有技术的电动燃油叶轮泵的叶轮已经设有贯通叶轮端面的润滑孔,对叶轮端面进行润滑和冷却,并起到平衡压力的作用。但其效果一般,还不适应更高转速和更小端面间隙的电动燃油叶轮泵的要求。
                        发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种润滑和冷却效果更好的电动燃油叶轮泵的叶轮。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:电动燃油叶轮泵叶轮,呈圆板状并沿外周缘部具有叶片部,在端面上设置有贯通的压力平衡润滑孔,所述的压力平衡润滑孔的两端面开设有储油槽。
作为进一步改进,叶轮的叶片部设置有相互隔开的两圈或三圈。
本实用新型有益的技术效果是:由于在叶轮端面上的压力平衡润滑孔的两端面上开设有储油槽,使滑动面更易形成和保持油膜,可有效减少摩擦,起到更好的润滑和冷却的作用。另外,叶轮上设置有同心的两圈或三圈叶片部,具有流量更大、输出压力稳定性更好的优点。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
如图所示,电动燃油叶轮泵叶轮,呈圆板状并沿外周缘部具有叶片部12,在端面上设置有贯通的压力平衡润滑孔13,所述的压力平衡润滑孔13的两端面开设有储油槽14,储油槽14为弧形槽,槽深从压力平衡润滑孔13向两头渐浅,储油槽14与压力平衡润滑孔13相对应设置有2-5个,最好为3-4个。叶片部12设置有相互隔开的两圈或三圈。

1、电动燃油叶轮泵叶轮,呈圆板状并沿外周缘部具有叶片部,在端面上设置有贯通的压力平衡润滑孔,其特征在于:所述的压力平衡润滑孔的两端面开设有储油槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电动燃油叶轮泵叶轮,其特征在于:储油槽为弧形槽,槽深从压力平衡润滑孔向两头渐浅。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的电动燃油叶轮泵叶轮,其特征在于:储油槽与压力平衡润滑孔相对应设置有2-5个。
4、、根据权利要求1或2所述的电动燃油叶轮泵叶轮,其特征在于:叶片部设置有相互隔开的两圈或三圈。
