本实用新型涉及锂电池的密封安全装置。
背景技术：
现有的锂一次电池具有很高的比能量和非常好的贮存性能，但其安全性较差，会因贮存期过长，使用条件不当而发生爆裂。因此有必要增加安全装置对电池进行有效保护。
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种能够对锂一次电池提供安全保护的锂电池防爆盖组。
发明内容：
在金属铆钉顶部的中心垂直设置一个中心注液孔；中心注液孔的上端部设置钢珠将其密封。
本实用新型在使用和贮存过程中，当电池内部压力达到规定值时，钢珠会自动弹出泄压，因此会有效的保证使用安全。

实施方式：
本实用新型包括金属铆钉1自外向内铆合的压板2，密封垫圈3，中心密封圈5以及中心密封圈5外圆周的盖板4，在金属铆钉1顶部的中心垂直设置一个中心注液孔6；中心注液孔6的上端部设置钢珠7将其密封。一般可将中心注液孔6直径设为1.2mm左右，钢珠7直径设为1.3mm左右，钢珠7泄压压力为2Mpa左右为宜。通过金属铆钉1压紧中间的中心密封圈5达到密封，生产电池时，通过中心注液孔6加注电解液，最后用钢珠7嵌入密封，通过调节中心注液孔6和钢珠7的尺寸，可以使钢珠7在要求的压力下弹出以泄压，从而达到防止电池爆炸的目的。
