Abstract

一种激光刻蚀导光板,导光板1的散点2采用激光头3刻蚀制成V型或其他形状的凹点或凹线形,其间隔为0.02mm~2.0mm,深度为0.02~0.5mm;导光板散点以非线性梯度任意阵列排布,其凹点大小、疏密、排列方式可根据导光板的大小、亮度要求而进行调整。由于采用激光刻蚀工艺取代传统的模具注塑加工散点制作工艺,因此可高精度地加工各种厚度形状的导光板,并大大提高点光源或线光源经导光板转变为面光源的性能,其亮度及光功率较现有模具制造的提高了45%~50%,亮度可达到40000cd/m2 (尼特/m2)以上,光均匀性可达95%,有效地提高了背光源的亮度和均匀性,减少了光能在传输过程中的损失。

本实用新型涉及液晶显示器背光源技术领域,特别是一种采用激光刻蚀工艺的导光板。
                           背景技术
近年来,液晶显示器在各种电子产品中得到了广泛的应用,液晶显示器具有反应速度快、显示品质较佳、无辐射、功耗低的优点,特别适合应用于移动通讯设备、笔记本电脑、计算机监视器等电子装置。由于液晶本身不发光,须有背光源为其提供显示图像所需的亮光。液晶显示面板是由多个液晶单元组成,每一液晶单元对亮光的获取有同样的要求,所以此背光源必须满足发光辉度均匀的要求。通常背光源采用点光源或线光源经导光板、反射板转变为面光源的结构形式。导光板这种转换中起了非常重要的作用。在现有技术中,液晶显示器背光源所用导光板采用亚克力(有机玻璃)材料,其散点制作是用模具注塑加工的各种厚度形状的凸点排布,密度小,光传输损耗大,且亮度不均匀,制作工艺复杂,周期长,成本高,同时还极大地削弱了显示性能。
                            发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种低功耗、光传输损耗低、高均匀性的采用激光刻蚀工艺的导光板。
所说导光板1的散点2采用激光头3刻蚀制成V型或其他形状的凹点或凹线型结构型式,其间隔0.02mm~2.0mm,深度为0.02mm~0.5mm。
所述导光板散点以一定非线性梯度任意阵列排布,其凹点大小、疏密、排列方式可根据导光板的大小、亮度要求而进行调整。
本实用新型由于采用激光刻蚀工艺取代传统的模具注塑加工散点制作工艺,因此可高精度地加工各种厚度形状的导光板,并大大提高点光源或线光源经导光板转变为面光源的性能,经激光刻蚀工艺制作的导光板,其亮度及光功率较现有模具制造的提高了45%~50%,亮度可达到40000cd/m2(尼特/m2)以上,光均匀性可达95%,有效地提高了背光源的亮度和均匀性,减少了光能在传输过程中的损失,节能效果显著,应用前景广阔。

下面结合附图结本实用新型作进一步说明,图1、2中,导光板1采用亚克力(有机玻璃)材料,其上的散点2采用激光3刻蚀制成或凹点或凹线形,散点与散点间隔为0.02mm~2.0mm,散点深度为0.02mm~0.5mm。导光板散点以一定非线性梯度任意阵列排布。

1.一种激光刻蚀导光板,其特征是:导光板散点为V形或凹点或凹线形,散点与散点间隔为0.02mm~2.0mm,散点深度为0.02mm~0.5mm。
2.如权利要求1所说激光刻蚀导光板,其特征是:导光板散点以非线性梯度任意阵列排布。
