Abstract

本实用新型为气水分离器涉及气水分离设备,属于水处理设备技术领域。该设备主要由罐体、进水口、出水口、自动排气阀等组成。工作时溶气水从进水口进入罐体,并停留一定时间,进行气水分离,分离后的水从出水口流出,分离出来的气体上浮聚集在罐体的顶部,利用设在罐体顶部的自动排气阀将气体排掉,达到气水分离的目的。本实用新型以安全可靠的自动排气方式来进行气水的分离,避免了传统定时手动排气的不便。

背景技术
目前气浮机溶气水系统中的气水分离器采用手动排气阀定时排气,操作复杂,人为因素直接影响气浮效果,当没有按时排气时,水中的大气泡直接进入气浮水中,而撞碎水中的絮凝体影响气浮效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以自动除掉溶气水中的大气泡的设备,以克服现有技术的缺点和不足。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
1、本实用新型主要由罐体、进水口、出水口、自动排气阀组件等组成。工作时溶气水从进水口进入罐体,并停留一定时间,进行气水分离,分离后的水从出水口流出,分离出来的气体上浮聚集在罐体的顶部,利用设在罐体顶部的自动排气阀将气体排掉,达到气水分离的目的。
2、实用新型中的自动排气阀由排气口、连通口、阀芯、连杆、杠杆、浮球、铰链等组成。当罐体内充满水时,浮球上浮,并通过杠杆顶紧阀芯,此时阀芯将排气口堵死,罐体内的水不能漏出;当罐体上部的气体越聚越多,罐体内的水位就逐渐下降,水对浮球产生的浮力越来越小,当浮力小于浮球的重力时,浮球靠重力下降并带动阀芯下行,使得连通口与排气口连通而排气。这样就达到了自动排气的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是可以安全可靠地自动排气并进行气水的分离,避免了传统定时手动排气的不便。

具体实施方式
本实用新型在一个圆柱形罐体(3)下部分设进水口(1)、出水口(2),进水口(1)连接一个向上的弯头,使水中的大气泡更快的上浮,罐体(3)顶部设自动排气阀(4)来自动排掉罐体内聚集的气体。自动排气阀由排气口(5)、连通口(6)、阀芯(7)、连杆(8)、杠杆(9)、浮球(10)、铰链(11)等组成。当罐体内充满水时,浮球(10)上浮,并通过杠杆(9)顶紧阀芯(7),此时阀芯(7)将排气口(5)堵死,罐体(3)内的水不能漏出;当罐体(3)上部的气体越聚越多,罐体(3)内的水位就逐渐下降,水对浮球(10)产生的浮力越来越小,当浮力小于浮球(10)的重力时,浮球靠重力下降并带动阀芯(7)下行,使得连通口(6)与排气口(5)连通而排气。这样就达到了自动排气的目的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的气水分离器,其特征是:气水分离器的顶部设自动排气阀(4)。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的气水分离器,其特征是:自动排气阀(4)由排气口(5)、连通口(6)、阀芯(7)、连杆(8)、杠杆(9)、浮球(10)、铰链(11)等组成。
