本实用新型公开了一种反扣式环保容器。其包括容器体及盖子，容器顶部向外弯，形成弧形唇边；盖子外边围绕着一条凹陷坑与延伸出去的凸起周边形成一条可使上述弧形唇边嵌入的凹槽，在盖子周边外侧还有经模压折而成的反扣边舌，反扣边舌能灵活折向盖子底部。所述的纸浆模压反扣式容器盖，一压即牢，使盖子的凹槽卡住弧形唇边，并由反扣边舌向内折向弧形唇边，而卡住容器体的外壁，使盖子牢固地盖在容器体上。而需要打开盖子时，一掀即开，方便易用，并不会对容器体或盖子造成损坏。

一种防盖松脱的反扣式环保容器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种环保容器，尤其涉及一种能够防止盖子松脱的反扣式环保容器。
背景技术
现今市面上一般模压纸浆容器遇水或遇蒸汽变软而使盖松脱，引致盛装物在携带时溢出，失去其作为盖子的作用。美国专利4915291公开了一种包装容器，如图10、11所示，该容器有一个筒状的盒体1，盒体1的开口端有向外翻折的边缘2，还有一容器状的盖子3、3’，分别用于从盒体1的两开口端封闭盒体1。盖子3的开口端有一向内翻折的边缘4，这样当盖子3套入盒体1后，边缘4及边缘2就相互嵌套，从而使盖牢牢地盖着盒体1。这样的一种固定方式，使盒盖盖着盒体后，除非破坏盖子，否则不能把盖子取下，故只能适用于一次性使用的场合。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使盖子能够稳固地盖在盒体上，而又能方便取下的反扣式环保容器，以解决盖子容易松脱的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用如下的技术方案：所述的反扣式环保容器，包括容器体及盖子，其特征在于：容器顶部向外弯，形成弧形唇边；盖子外边围绕着一条凹陷坑与延伸出去的凸起周边形成一条可使上述弧形唇边嵌入的凹槽，在盖子周边外侧还有经模压折而成的反扣边舌，反扣边舌能灵活折向盖子底部。
本实用新型利用崭新的独特设计，并由纸浆模压构成的环保容器盖，完全解决了现今市面上一般模压纸浆容器遇水或蒸汽变软而使盖松脱，引致盛装物在携带时溢出的问题，失去其作为盖子的作用。此崭新设计的纸浆模压反扣式容器盖，一压即牢，使盖子的凹槽卡住弧形唇边，并由反扣边舌向内折向弧形唇边，而卡住容器体的外壁，使盖子牢固地盖在容器体上。而需要打开盖子时，一掀即开，方便易用，并不会对容器体或盖子造成损坏。其密封结构性能好，既保温又卫生。纸浆可循环再造，有利于环保，且外形简洁、美观大方，绝对适合替代传统一次性塑料或发泡胶制的餐饮用具。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本实用新型所述的纸浆模压容器由盒体101及盖102组成，可用作一次性环保餐饮用具或作多用途容器，能制成任何形体，如四方体、圆柱或椭圆柱体等，盒体可分一格或多格。如图3、4、5所示，其开口处为一弧型唇边103。如图6、7、8所示，盖102的外边围绕着一条凹陷坑105，伸延出去为凸起的周边106，凸起的周边的内侧则形成凹槽107，并在周边的外侧有多条经模压折而成的反扣边舌108，反扣边舌108的多少由容器的形体而定，其能灵活地向内翻折。如图9所示，在一般情况下，反扣边舌108折向盖体102凸起周边的底部，若将盖体盖上，轻轻一按，盖子凸起的周边底部的凹槽107刚好与容器顶部内侧及向外弯的弧形唇边103紧贴，所述盖子102上的反扣边舌108由盒体的弧形唇边103卡向盒体顶部外壁，令盖子与盒体即时紧扣。此时，容器密封性非常好，无论盛装热物、水、或遇蒸汽，反扣边舌仍能紧扣着容器，保持盖在关闭状态中的平衡与稳定，其保温性绝对高于市面一般纸浆模压容器盖。在携带或需加热，甚至因不小心而掉落地上亦不会导致盖子松脱而使盛装物溢出，用于一次性餐饮用具或小型家居容器亦十分合适。而这结构令盖子再次开启时也不会对容器体或盖子造成损坏。

Claims (2)

1、一种防盖松脱的反扣式环保容器，包括容器体(101)及盖子(102)，其特征在于：容器体顶部向外弯，形成弧形唇边(103)；盖子凸起周边的内侧有可使上述弧形唇边嵌入的凹槽(107)，在周边上还有经模压折而成的反扣边舌(108)，反扣边舌(108)能灵活折向盖子底部。
2、按权利要求1所述的防盖松脱的反扣式环保容器，其特征在于：所述的盖(102)外边围绕着一条凹陷坑(105)，伸延出去为凸起的周边(106)，凸起的周边的内侧则形成所述的凹槽(107)。
