Abstract
一种新型包装筒，由筒端盖、带子、支撑杆、钩子组成，具有防震、防光、防水、防虫、密封保洁、装盖迅速、机械人工运输储存方便，可多次重复使用，适合于医药、粮食、干鲜果品、茶叶、化肥、化工产品、弹药、灯管、水瓶、图纸、机械零件等多种产品作为包装用品。
Description
本实用新型属于开口有盖包装筒技术领域。现有技术有US4406378和EP85281。现有技术的包装筒不同程度地存在着开盖封盖不方便，包装简易滚动并使筒外围受损，人工搬运不方便，不便重新使用等问题。
本实用新型的任务是要提供一种密封牢靠、开启方便；具有多面体外形防止滚动，同时便于人工搬运的包装筒。本实用新型涉及的包装筒由两端开口的筒（1）、端盖（2）、支撑杆（3）、系紧提带（4）、钩子（5）组成，具有防震、防光、防水、防虫、密封保洁、装取货物开闭端盖便利迅速、运输储存方便可多次使用的特点，适用于医药、粮食、干鲜果品、茶叶、化肥、化工产品、弹药、灯管、水瓶、图纸等多种产品作为包装用品。

下面结合附图描述包装筒实施例，选定双开口筒（1），按其端口尺寸配制端盖（2）。端盖外形为多面体；端盖有伸向包装筒内的带锥度芯轴；端盖套内侧及芯轴上有防滑密封的环状棱如图2所示。为方便端盖的装配，端盖上开有轴向的斜口（7）；端盖面上打有插支撑杆（3）的孔（8）；端盖外围有穿系紧提带的孔（6）；两个端盖（2）靠支撑杆（3）及带钩（5）的系紧提带（4）与开口筒（1）组成本实用新型包装筒。
制作包装筒的材料可选用：纤维板、纸板、金属板；塑料、橡胶、纸浆；有弹性的杆、绳、钩。
Claims (3)
1、一种双开口两端有活动盖的包装筒，其特征是端盖(2)轴向截面呈W型，端盖内芯轴与端盖套内侧有密封棱环，端盖内芯轴与端盖套内侧有锥度可与筒身(1)作静配合，端盖外形为多面体，二个端盖靠带自锁定钩子(5)的弹性提带(4)和刚性支撑杆(3)联接。
2、根据权利要求1所规定的包装筒，其特征是端盖上开有轴向的斜口（7），端盖面上打有插支撑杆的孔（8），端盖套上有系提带的孔（6）。
3、根据权利要求1或2所规定的包装筒，其特征是，制作的材料是纤维板、纸板、金属板；塑料、橡胶、纸浆、金属模压制品；有弹性的提带；有刚性的支撑杆，弹性自锁的钩子。
