本实用新型公开了一种双电源自动转换开关电器,其主要包括杠杆、两线圈、与线圈配合的两静铁芯、动铁芯、传动杆、触头支架、两电源接线端子、负载接线端子及动触头,动铁芯设于传动杆上端,每一线圈内设一静铁芯,其设于杠杆一端,触头支架及动静触头设于杠杆另一端,两电源接线端子与负载接线端子分别设于动触头两侧;使用时,若两线圈都不通电,则触头处于断开状态,两电源都不送电;给上线圈通电,则使I电源送电;若给下线圈通电,则使II电源送电,本实用新型结构简单,体积小,无噪音污染,安装方便,安全可靠。只需直接连接电源线即可工作,操作简单,价格也相对较低。另外,其能承受短路电流,不会发生短路,使用起来比较安全。

本实用新型涉及一种控制开关,尤指一种双电源自动转换开关电器。
背景技术
现有的接触器式双电源转换开关的电路图,如图1所示,其主要采用另配机械和电气联锁来实现双电源转换,这种双电源转换开关,体积较大、噪音大,不能承受短路电流,工作不可靠,且用户需自行配置复杂的控制回路,使用起来相当的不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种采用一体化结构的双电源自动转换开关电器,其可克服上述缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案为:一种双电源自动转换开关电器,其主要包括杠杆、两线圈、与线圈配合的两静铁芯、动铁芯、传动杆、触头支架、两电源接线端子、负载接线端子及动触头,动铁芯设于传动杆上端,每一线圈内设一静铁芯,其设于杠杆一端,触头支架及动静触头设于杠杆另一端,两电源接线端子与负载接线端子分别设于动触头两侧。
所述的双电源自动转换开关电器,其中:一组线圈及静铁芯设于另一组线圈及静铁芯的下方,传动杆穿过下方的线圈及静铁芯设于另一线圈内,上述元部件设于杠杆的一端。
采用上述结构后,使用时,若两线圈都不通电,则触头处于断开状态,两电源都不送电;给上线圈通电,则动铁芯受上静铁芯的吸引带动传动杆上移,在杠杆的作用下,触头支架下移,从而使本实用新型的I电源送电;若给下线圈通电,则动铁芯受下静铁芯的吸引带动传动杆下移,在杠杆的作用下,触头支架上移,从而使本实用新型的II电源送电,与习用相比,本实用新型结构简单,体积小,无噪音污染,且其为一体化双电源结构,本实用新型为一体化结构,无需另配机械联锁,结构简单,体积小,安装方便,安全可靠。只需直接连接电源线即可工作,操作简单,价格也相对较低。另外,由于静触头与动触头的接触面积比较大,因此载流量大,能承受短路电流,不会发生短路,使用起来比较安全。

具体实施方式
如图2、3所示,本实用新型公开了一种双电源自动转换开关电器,其其主要包括杠杆1、上下两线圈2、3、与上下线圈2、3配合的上下两静铁芯4、5、动铁芯6、传动杆7、触头支架8、两电源接线端子A、B、负载接线端子9及动触头10、11,其中:
动铁芯6设于传动杆7上端,每一线圈内设一静铁芯,其线圈2及与其配合的静铁芯4设于另一组线圈3及与其配合的静铁芯5的上方,传动杆7穿过下方的线圈3及静铁芯5设于另一线圈2内,其设于杠杆1的一端,触头支架8及动静触头设于杠杆1的另一端,两电源接线端子A、B、负载接线端子9分别设于动触头10、11两侧。
图4A为本实用新型实施例一断电状态的工作原理图,即两个线圈都没通电时接线端子与动触头的状态图,即处于断开状态;给上线圈2通电,则动铁芯6受上静铁芯4的吸引带动传动杆7上移,在杠杆1的作用下,触头支架8下移,带动动触头10分别与电源接线端子A和负载接线端子9相接触,从而形成如图4B所示的I电源送电的工作原理图;若给下线圈3通电,则动铁芯6受下静铁芯5的吸引带动传动杆7下移,在杠杆1的作用下,触头支架8上移,带动动触头11分别与电源接线端子B和负载接线端子相接触,从而形成如图4C所示的II电源送电的工作原理图,与习用相比,本实用新型为一体化结构,无需另配机械联锁,结构简单,体积小,安装方便,安全可靠。只需直接连接电源线即可工作,操作简单,价格也相对较低。另外,由于静触头与动触头的接触面积比较大,因此载流量大,能承受短路电流,不会发生短路,使用起来比较安全。

1、一种双电源自动转换开关电器,其特征在于:其主要包括杠杆、两线圈、与线圈配合的两静铁芯、动铁芯、传动杆、触头支架、两电源接线端子、负载接线端子及动触头,动铁芯设于传动杆上端,每一线圈内设一静铁芯,其设于杠杆一端,触头支架及动静触头设于杠杆另一端,两电源接线端子与负载接线端子分别设于动触头两侧。
2、如权利要求1所述的双电源自动转换开关电器,其特征在于:一组线圈及静铁芯设于另一组线圈及静铁芯的下方,传动杆穿过下方的线圈及静铁芯设于另一线圈内,上述元部件设于杠杆的一端。
