所属技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器具技术领域，具体地说是一种对手术伤口尤其是术后伤口裂开后进行收拢合并，促进愈合的辅助性无菌胶布。
背景技术
用无菌胶布收拢伤口是临床上常用的手段。但是在现有技术中，在收拢伤口的过程中大部分采用的是普通胶布，往往根据伤口的情况临时裁剪折叠制成。这种胶布制作麻烦，使用也很不方便，特别是消毒措施简单，仅以火烤或用消毒液擦拭，以致无法彻底杀灭致病菌，容易导致医源性感染，加重伤口的污染。
发明内容
为了解决临床上收拢伤口用胶布在结构上存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种结构简单，制作使用方便，安全无菌，能够帮助伤口收拢，促进愈合的无菌蝶形胶布。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：这种无菌蝶形胶布，包括胶布层、附着在胶布层上的粘合胶层以及覆盖在粘合胶层上面的保护膜，主要在于所说的胶布层由两翼宽大的蝶翼片和中间呈带状的蝶体连接构成；所说蝶翼片的外端边缘呈圆弧形；所说的保护膜可设为两片，分别交叉覆盖在蝶翼片和中间的蝶体上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点，主要在于设计新颖合理，结构简单，使用方便，安全无菌，能够有效地防止医源性感染，加快开裂伤口的愈合。因此，本实用新可在临床上广泛地推广使用。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，这种无菌蝶形胶布，包括胶布层5、附着在胶布层5上的粘合胶层3以及覆盖在粘合胶层3上面的保护膜4，主要在于所说胶布层5是由两翼宽大的蝶翼片1和中间呈带状的蝶体2连接构成的，蝶翼片1的外端边缘呈圆弧形，保护膜4为两片，分别交叉覆盖在蝶翼片1和中间的蝶体2上。
使用时，撕开无菌包装袋，揭去一侧蝶翼片1上的保护膜4，将其贴在已消毒并已凉干燥的伤口一侧的皮肤上；同时，以手指辅助使伤口两侧皮肤靠近并拢，揭去另一侧蝶翼片1上的保护膜4，并将其贴在另一侧的皮肤上。贴好的无菌蝶形胶布要保持一定的张力，伤口以无菌纱布覆盖。
Claims (3)
1、一种无菌蝶形胶布，包括胶布层(5)、附着在胶布层(5)上的粘合胶层(3)以及覆盖在粘合胶层(3)上面的保护膜(4)，其特征在于：所说胶布层(5)由两翼宽大的蝶翼片(1)和中间呈带状的蝶体(2)连接构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无菌蝶形胶布，其特征在于在于所说蝶翼片(1)的外端边缘呈圆弧形。
3、根据权利要求1所述的无菌蝶形胶布，其特征在于所说的保护膜(4)设为两片，分别交叉覆盖在蝶翼片(1)和中间的蝶体(2)上。
