Abstract

本实用新型是一种日常生活用的新型套缸式家用冰淇淋机，它具有外壳，底盘，底盘上装有压缩机、冷凝器、风扇、蒸发器筒，特别是在蒸发器筒内套装有一活动料桶，蒸发器筒的上方有筒盖放在机壳上，筒盖内装电机，电机的输出轴向下连接搅拌器悬装于料桶内。本实用新型结构简单，成本低，体积小，移动、操作方便，制冷速度快，特别适合于家庭使用。

套缸式家用冰淇淋机
(一)技术领域：本实用新型涉及制冷设备，是一种新型的套缸式家用冰淇淋机。
(二)背景技术：目前市场上的冰淇淋机主要以商用型为主，其体积大，造价高，设计有复杂的定量出冰淇淋机构。因此，人们想食用冰淇淋，一般要到街上去购买。随着人民生活水平的日益提高，人们希望不出家门即可食用冰淇淋。
(三)发明内容：本实用新型的目的就是要满足人们生活水平提高的需要，提供一种新型的套缸式家用冰淇淋机。
本实用新型的技术方案是：设计有机壳、底盘，底盘上装有压缩机、冷凝器、风扇、蒸发器筒，特别是：在蒸发器筒内套装有一活动料桶，蒸发器筒的上方有筒盖放在机壳上，筒盖内装电机，电机的输出轴向下连接搅拌器悬装于料桶内。
本实用新型结构简单，成本低，体积小，移动操作方便，制冷速度快，特别适合于家庭使用。

图中：1-筒盖，2-活动料桶，3-蒸发器筒，4-风扇，5-底盘，6-压缩机，7-冷凝器，8-电机，9-搅拌器，10-机壳。
(五)具体实施方式：
参见图1、图2，本实用新型采用塑料制成底盘5和机壳10，在底盘的右边安装压缩机6，左边安装蒸发器筒3，前后装有风扇4和冷凝器7。特别是在蒸发器筒3内套装一个活动料桶2，其上方配装有筒盖1，盖放在机壳10上，筒盖1内安装电机8，电机8的输入轴向下，连接装上搅拌器9，搅拌器9悬于活动料桶2内搅拌。
本实用新型结构紧凑，省去了复杂的定量出冰淇淋机构，冰淇淋制好后，打开筒盖1，提出搅拌器9，拿出活动料桶，即可方便地进行食用。

1.一种新型套缸式家用冰淇淋机，具有外壳，底盘，底盘上装有压缩机、冷凝器、风扇、蒸发器筒，其特征在于：在蒸发器筒内套装有一活动料桶，蒸发器筒的上方有筒盖放在机壳上，筒盖内装电机，电机的输出轴向下连接搅拌器悬装于活动料桶内。
