Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种多级罗茨式无油真空泵,该泵由主从动轴、主从动转子、两端侧盖、泵体、级间隔板、主从动齿轮构成,其中泵体采用两片分体结构,两片泵体中有各自的水冷夹层,泵体随转子级数不同分有多个相对独立的泵腔,两极泵腔之间有两片分体式的级间隔板分开,并通过级间气流通道相连,转子端面形成采用三叶形,本实用新型与已有技术比较有如下优点:工作时经过逐级压缩,增大压缩比提高极限真空度,节约能源,在抽速相同的情况下减小了泵的体积,同时降低了气流脉动冲击,减小噪音,并且实现直排大气,不需要接前级泵即可工作,在抽气过程中可保持真空环境不受污染,适用于半导体、石化、冶金、食品、医药、电子、包装、印刷等行业。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种真空泵技术领域,特别是用于多级罗茨真空泵。
背景技术
传统的罗茨真空泵一般采用单级结构,虽然抽速较大,但极限真空不高,不能直排大气,消耗功率也很大,转子一般采用两叶轮叶型,逆流气冷效果不佳,而且工作时多需要连前级泵,因此真空环境会不同程度受到油蒸汽的污染。
发明内容
为解决上述已知技术的不足之处,本实用新型提供一种多级罗茨式无油真空泵,该泵转子结构可根据需要制成两级或两级以上,转子端面形线采用三叶形线方案,以达到使该泵具有抽速高、耗电少、极限真空度高的目的。
本实用新型之结构设计是这样实现的:该泵由主、从动轴、主、从动转子、两端侧盖、泵体、级间隔板、主从动齿轮、齿轮箱构成(如图1、2所示),其结构是,泵体两端装有侧盖,主从动齿轮和主、从动转子安装于主、从动轴上,主、从动轴两端装有端盖,齿轮箱通过螺栓固定于侧盖,其中泵体采用上、下两片分体结构,上、下泵体随转子级数不同分有多个相对独立的泵腔,每两个泵腔之间有分体式的级间隔板分开,根据真空性能的需要,泵腔长度从高真空级开始,逐级缩短,泵腔内转子的长度根据泵腔长度确定,并通过级间气流通道相连,两片泵体中有各自的水冷夹层,该泵的冷却方式采用逆流气冷;转子端面形线采用三叶形,三叶成对称分布(如图3所示),转子形状可通过调整b/R(转子中心与齿峰圆弧圆心间距离/分度圆半径),这种形线使泵的容积利用系数增大,在抽速相同的情况下,减小了泵的体积;泵腔间的级间密封采用反螺旋密封结构,该密封属于动密封;该泵的传动方式可以通过联轴器直联传动,也可以通过皮带传动;既可以采取立式,也可以采用卧式;安装在轴上的转子可以是直齿形或是螺旋齿形的。
本实用新型与已有技术比较有如下优点:该泵工作时经过逐级压缩,增大压缩比提高极限真空度,节约能源,在抽速相同的情况下减小了泵的体积,同时降低了气流脉动冲击,减小噪音,并且实现直排大气,不需要接前级泵即可工作,在抽气过程中可保持真空环境不受污染,适用于半导体、石化、冶金、食品、医药、电子、包装、印刷等行业。

具体实施方式
本实用新型实施例为三级罗茨式无油真空泵,其结构(如附图1、2)所示,主从动齿轮11和从动转子15、主动转子16安装在从动轴14和主动轴17上,齿轮箱12通过螺栓固定于泵体右侧盖9,主、从动轴两端装有轴承端盖10和1,端盖内侧为泵体左侧盖2和泵体右侧盖9,上泵体13与下泵体19通过螺栓联接,形成三个密闭的泵腔3、5、8,两级泵腔之间有两片分体式的级间隔板4、6分开,并通过级间气流通道18相连,泵腔间的级间密封采用反螺旋密封结构7,其中上、下泵体13、19采用两片分体结构,两片泵体13、19中有各自的水冷夹层20;转子端面形线(如附图3)所示,采取三叶形,三叶成对称分布,每两叶间夹角120°,每个叶型由一段内圆弧AB、一段外圆弧CD、及两段摆线BC、DE构成,转子形状可通过调整参数b/R的值而改变。
真空泵工作时,气体先经过高真空级压缩,排出后通过气流通道18进入下一级,最后由低真空级排出,可实现直排大气;该泵的转子冷却采用逆流气冷方式,在气流通道18上加回流通道,工作时,排出的气体经冷却后有一部分从回流通道18返回本级泵腔,冷却转子,防止转子因过热膨胀,发生卡死;在级间的转子轴段上加工螺旋槽,当轴高速转动时,此结构相当于螺杆真空泵的作用,利用泵送效应抽气,实现密封效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种多级罗茨式无油真空泵,由主从动轴(14、17)、主从动转子(15)(16)、泵体左右端盖(2)(9)、上下泵体(13)(19)、主从动齿轮(11)、齿轮箱(12)组成,其特征在于,泵体采用两片分体结构,泵体随转子级数不同分有多个相对独立的泵腔(3)(5)(8),每两个泵腔之间有分体式的级间隔板(4)(6)分开,并通过级间气流通道(18)相连。
2.按权利要求1所述的真空泵,其特征在于泵腔长度从高真空级开始,逐级缩短。
3.按权利要求1所述的真空泵,其特征在于转子端面形线采用三叶形,三叶片成对称分布,转子形状可通过调整参数b/R的值而改变,每个叶型由一段内圆弧AB、一段外圆弧CD、及两段摆线BC、DE构成。
4.按权利要求1所述的真空泵,其特征在于安装在轴上的转子为直齿形或螺旋齿形。
5.按权利要求1所述的真空泵,其特征在于上、下泵体(13)(19)中有各自的水冷夹层(20),转子冷却方式采用逆流气冷。
6.按权利要求1所述的真空泵,其特征在于泵腔间的级间密封为反螺旋密封结构(7)。
7.按权利要求1所述的真空泵,其特征在于该泵的传动方式为:a通过联轴器直联传动,b通过皮带传动。
8.按权利要求1所述的真空泵,其特征在于泵体采取:a立式,b卧式。
