本实用新型涉及一种发酵缶高效增氧导流筒,其特征是导流筒主体包括一筒体和固定在筒体下部的支撑脚,通过支撑脚将筒体固定于发酵缶底部进气口上方,使气体搅拌叶处于筒体中下部。喷射入的空气在搅拌叶作用下,在筒体内形成激烈混合,极大地增加气液的交换表面积,增加氧气在发酵液中的溶解度。本实用新型具有结构设计合理,在不改变发酵缶结构的情况下,通过增设导流筒,即可有效解决溶氧问题,在同等能耗和时间里,大大提高溶氧效率,缩短发酵周期。

技术领域:
本实用新型属于发酵工业领域,特别涉及一种耗氧发酵中高效增氧导流筒。
背景技术:
食品发酵加工可分为两大类,也即厌氧发酵和耗氧发酵。在耗氧发酵过程为了加快发酵进程,需提高发酵液中的溶氧量。传统做法是在发酵缶底部设有进气口、中部设有带搅拌叶的搅拌轴,通过搅拌轴带动搅拌叶旋转,使底部进气迅速与缶内发酵液均匀混合,以增加气液交换的表面积。由于发酵缶体积较大,而搅拌叶直径较小,不能在缶底形成喘流,底部进气往往快速逸出,难以保持与缶内发酵液接触时间,增氧效率不高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是设计一种高效增氧导流筒,使发酵缶在不增加原有搅拌叶直径或者改变结构的基础上,提高增氧量。
本实用新型技术方案是这样实现的:一种发酵缶高效增氧导流筒,其特征是导流筒主体包括一筒体和固定在筒体下部的支撑脚,通过支撑脚将筒体固定于发酵缶底部进气口上方,使气体搅拌叶处于筒体中下部。
另则,可在筒体内侧壁上固定有螺旋导流片,导流片角度顺着搅拌叶旋转方向成旋转上升趋势。当底部无菌压缩空气喷射入导流筒中,在搅拌叶的快速搅拌下,发酵液与空气在筒内小体积范围内进行更为激烈的混合,喘流更为絮乱,气液泡比原先细小很多,这样就极大地增加了气液交换的表面积,另外,在导流筒导流片导流下,加之上升气体的冲力,筒内的混合气泡液顺着导流片方向从导流筒边缘切线喷出,形成旋流,绕搅拌轴,沿着缶壁旋转向上,延长了气液泡在发酵液中的停留时间,而且缶下部和底部的发酵液能从导流筒支撑脚间隙迅速补充,形成环流,进一步不但使气液混合的得更均匀,且也有效增加气液交混的时间,增加氧在发酵液中的溶解度。
本实用新型具有结构设计合理,在不改变发酵缶结构的情况下,通过增设导流筒,即可有效解决溶氧问题,在同等能耗和时间里,大大提高溶氧效率,缩短发酵周期。

具体实施方式:
参照图1,发酵缶1中部安置有搅拌轴2,搅拌轴2上从下而上分别固定有搅拌叶3和消泡器4,发酵缶1顶部设有一排气口5,底部设有供无菌空气喷射入的进气口6。
参照图1和图2,在发酵缶1内搅拌叶3外套设有一高效增氧导流筒7,导流筒7主体包括一筒体71和固定在筒体下部的支撑脚72,通过支撑脚72将筒体71固定于发酵缶1底部进气口6上方,使气体搅拌叶3处于筒体71中下部,进气可得到最有效的搅拌混合。
另,筒体71内侧壁上固定有螺旋导流片73,导流片73角度顺着搅拌叶3旋转方向成旋转上升趋势。导流片73的设置,使跟随气液泡上升的喘流更强,也更为有序,从而带动整个缶内发酵液的旋动,同时也带动发酵缶下部和底部的发酵液沿导流筒支撑脚72间隙源源不断补充入,形成缶底部环流,提高气液混合效率,加快发酵进度。导流筒7直径取1.5至2倍搅拌叶3直径为佳,太小导流作用不明显,太大筒内喘流不足。
本实用新型所涉及的导流筒和导流片等可采用耐腐蚀的材料加工而成,如不锈钢材。其可适用于食品发酵领域,也可应运于化工领域。

1、一种发酵缶高效增氧导流筒,其特征是导流筒主体包括一筒体和固定在筒体下部的支撑脚,通过支撑脚将筒体固定于发酵缶底部进气口上方,使气体搅拌叶处于筒体中下部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的发酵缶高效增氧导流筒,其特征是筒体内侧壁上固定有螺旋导流片,导流片角度顺着搅拌叶旋转方向成旋转上升趋势。
3、根据权利要求1所述的发酵缶高效增氧导流筒,其特征是导流筒直径取1.5至2倍搅拌叶直径为佳。
